Holiday Inn Express & Suites Suisun City, an IHG Hotel

Great location, so close to everything and easy to get to. We had to extend our stay due to car trouble and the front desk were wonderful to work with. Breakfast was great. Our family really enjoyed the stay.

We came into town to see family for a couple of days. Our car had problems and we had to extend our stay. The staff was kind and considerate. They let us keep the same room, which was clean, comfortable, and a good size for our family. The breakfast was good, and well stocked.

We stay at this property every time we visit family in California, which is usually 6-8 times out of the year. I will always stay here if there is availability because of how safe the area is and how well maintained the property is. The front desk associates are always very pleasant and very helpful. I definitely recommend this property!

I had a really good stay there. The only problem we had was kids ding door knocking and running seem like there was some basketball games going over the weekend but over all the stay was good

Friendly and efficient staff. My only complaint was we were a family of four and there were only three sets of towels and there was no bedding for the hideaway bed for the couch.

The staff were very friendly and helpful when i needed to use the cart to inload my luggage and they even let me park up front since all handicap parking was all full so my mom cant walk far the. I always book here and will return i highly recommend this place for family's

The staff was aware of our children we requested a room on the 1st floor to eliminate being told to leave the hotel and i have not received a refund as i were told by there unprofessional staff

The room was fine, clean and bed was decently comfortable. However, you could hear everything from everywhere. The guy blasting music in the parking lot at 1:43 am, the people loading their car at 6:05, the moth farting on the windowsill at 7:12. The customer service was also kinda crap. Our room didn’t have the pull our sofa made, which wasn’t a big deal, but there weren’t even sheets or blankets for it. We had to go down to the front desk to get them and they only had one super thin blanket. The next day when we needed new towels we had to go down to get them also, and they asked our kids to bring back the wet towels, which seemed like a pretty strange request. The pool, while extremely chlorinated, was great to swim in and the room was beautifully warm which made getting out super pleasant. Overall for the cost the place was fine, but if customer service was friendlier or more helpful it would have been a four star review.

Coming from Tracy to a couples retreat at St Mount Carmel Catholic Parish Fairfield we are impressed at how nice and clean the hotel from the lobby to our room. The front desk are very friendly and welcoming. Everything are in place and order at the lobby. Our room is clean and properly prepared to receive guests. Toilet are very clean and they provide all the basic needs for overnight stay. We usually bring our own soap, shampoo and lotion but all are provided and same brand that we use at home, Dove. Thanks for that coz we decided not to pack heavy for one night stay. The bed is ferm enough for my wife and the pillows are very comfortable as we slept like a baby and waking up refresh. Free breakfast was great.and warm. Lots of selections and plenty of it. We woke up early and took it back in our room. Checking out is easy and we felt refresh for the second day of the retreat and back home. We will definitely come back and 100% recommend. Thanks 😊

I love coming to this hotel and visiting my family. The bed was super comfortable and room very clean. Bee was amazing handling a long line at check in; multi-tasking. I would just say, even though she was able to knock-out a long line on her own, the hotel needs to schedule more help during the peak check in time.
