Ice machine on my floor was out of order. The juice machine was out of order for breakfast and the kids were bummed.

Nice large suite in good condition. Arrived and had to pester the front desk twice. First time was because the bathroom in the suite was locked and could not be opened without a key. Front desks first suggestion was to use a coin or something to turn the lock. When I explained I have children and that using a coin trick on a locked door wasn’t going to cut it they grudgingly came up to the room and unlocked the door. Later I find the TV wouldn’t work. I find the cable wasn’t connected so I connect it. Then find that the after market remote in the room doesn’t work with the nice LG TV. So the second trip to the front desk was because the special remote in the room did not work with the LG TV. They seem to be aware of this type of thing because they immediately grab a proper LG remote for the LG tv from behind the counter and tell me this remote will work, which it did. Why would the remote be at front desk? and not in the room to begin with? The accommodations are nice, but frustrating to deal with these little nuisances and unfriendly staff after twelve hours of driving.

At check in we were notified they had over sold the king bed rooms and we would be staying in a queen room or we could cancel our reservation and select a new hotel. That wasn’t a huge deal, the two queen room was fine since we sleep in a queen at home. The hotel was in a good location with easy access to the freeway and lots of nearby food options. The hotel common areas were clean, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The dude constantly pacing above us and the adjoining room next to a family with small kids turned out to be an issue. We could hear EVERYTHING in our room through the adjoining door. Their music, their conversations, their small children crying at 6am, etc. I took video from our bed at 7:30am and clear as day you can hear music, mom singing, and their convo about what they were drinking. It was so ridiculous all I could do was laugh. I mentioned it to the clerk at check out, but I’m not expecting to hear from anyone. The family wasn’t doing anything wrong, the hotel is just very poorly insulated and be warned you will have zero privacy (or sleep) if you are in an adjoining room.

Relatively new hotel. Comfortable beds. Pretty good breakfast spread, but my kids were sad to not have any waffles! Had to ask for more towels as we booked a room for 5 people and they only gave us towels for 2. Be aware, they take $200 “incidental” deposit, which my bank will not return to my account for about 10 business days.

A great travelers hotel. Spacious rooms, pleasant lighting, a sofa and table. Super clean bathroom. Bell carts at entrance. A gym and pool. Refrigerator and microwave. Comfy beds. Our third stay. Only drawback were the rowdy kids above us. Reported to front desk. A call quieted them down, sort of. Overall an excellent hotel for travelers.
