We were there due to a family emergency. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The best customer service from any hotel I’ve stayed at in years.

I don’t recommend this hotel in Ukiah, if you have family or friends as guest. The lady that owns this hotel will bother you. I had a visitor it was before 10pm and she made it very difficult and uncomfortable for my guest and I. She wanted my family member to pay to visit me. If this owner doesn’t want any guests in her hotel she should not be in business she was annoying. I only stayed there 30 minutes. I felt uncomfortably after that. I won’t be coming back.
