If you are looking for an affordable, family friendly, nice place near the National Park, this is your place. The pool wasn’t open, but it was clean. Our room was very clean. They offered a lot of amenities. The beds are very firm. There was a lot of activity with folks visiting outside and enjoying the weather, but it was very quiet inside of our room. We look forward to staying here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the ranch-style motel. The atmosphere and surroundings were particularly delightful, and my children absolutely loved them. The room provided all the necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable experience. The overall ambiance was incredibly relaxed, making it a perfect place to unwind.

Classic old-style motel set just off the river. Reminded me of being a kid. Rooms are NOT fancy, but are well maintained and clean. Management was very friendly and responsive to a [very] minor issue with out room. NOTE: becasue of staffing (as of 1 June 2023) office isn't open for checking until 3:00. Plan your arrival accordingly.

We loved Lazy J Ranch Motel. Perfect for our family getaway. Peaceful surroundings - we loved our strolls down to the river. The motel grounds were kept nicely. The office staff we’re wonderful and the rooms were quite pleasant - clean, comfortable and perfect just the way they were to meet basic needs. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again!

I would recommend to other travelers passing through! What I loved about this Motel was the family-ownership (not corporate), the way you could see the care that went into running the business and property, parking was super easy, everything well explained (even with a late check-in they took great care of us!). You can stay at the comfort inn down the street, but why spend more when this motel is just down the street, and way cooler. :) Also there's a pool, looks nice and clean!

This is the perfect place to stay when traveling with family. The grounds are gorgeous, there is a pool and a playground for the kids. There is tetherball, volleyball, and other fun activities for families to have some outdoor fun with. The sheep, goats, and Turtle the cat, are such a fun touch as well. We will definitely be back!

This was the first motel my family and I have stayed in and it was by far the cleanest place we’ve stayed on our whole trip where we stayed at different hotels nightly. It was easy check-in where the lady was very hospitable. When we entered the room, it smelled so clean & fresh. The towels smelled like fresh laundry. My husband enjoyed sitting out on the porch where it was quiet and peaceful. It was a super cute place and very clean. It was also close to Sequoia which we had been to for the day, so that made it very convenient.

Quiet stay, with amenities for children and adults. All cabins are separated, plenty of room to walk and relax. Clean, friendly staff! Close to restaurants.
