Hampton Inn & Suites Suisun City Waterfront

My trip was overnight. The jr. suite that i booked was comfortable with a fireplace and desk. I was preparing to host a huge baby shower the next day, so i had the space i needed to set up and prepare my centerpieces and last minute prep for event. I would definitely stay again

I stay here every time I visit Suisun City for the proximity to my family right next door. But this time i felt unsafe, so much weird people around the building selling drugs and on drugs in the parking lot. I don’t recommend walking outside at night it doesn’t feel safe at all… my Room TV, Toilet, and refrigerator were damaged. Definitely needs some updating!

The outside of this hotel was disgusting! Trash all over the ground, pill bottles and pills. homeless people all around and non stop approaching you. Also had to turn in a person that broke into a side room of the hotel late at night. This is a very scary location at night and do not recommend any family’s to stay here until it’s cleaned up. I did not feel safe at all! Management didn’t really seem to care at all.

Great location with easy parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed with multiple other families for a baseball tournament and we’d stay again. We used the gym and the pool. Towels were provided by the front desk. Breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold options. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles with yogurts, breads/pastries. Rooms were clean. Only thing was ice machine wasn’t working on our floor and the laundry facilities were out of order. Luckily we didn’t need it this trip.

The staff did the best they could but it being the Fourth of July, the manager could have limit the amount of teenagers that stayed in the property. The minute I saw about a dozen, 12, teenagers run into one room, with the staff screaming out “only 4 to a room”, I knew it was going to be a loud, long night. Of course, the teenagers ran into the room ignoring the staff. There was running and knocking on room doors by these teenagers. And like I said to my family, the fire alarm was going to be set off…guarantee. Then at 5:20am the first one set off followed by a second one at 5:40am. We had 2 room. While our was okay, but the other room was disgusting. The shower head had mold on it and the carpet around the bed had vomit stains…gross. Next time, hold the parents responsible and don’t let teenagers check in.

Brought the family for Bday trip 1 night.
