Hampton Inn & Suites Suisun City Waterfront

My trip was overnight. The jr. suite that i booked was comfortable with a fireplace and desk. I was preparing to host a huge baby shower the next day, so i had the space i needed to set up and prepare my centerpieces and last minute prep for event. I would definitely stay again

The outside of this hotel was disgusting! Trash all over the ground, pill bottles and pills. homeless people all around and non stop approaching you. Also had to turn in a person that broke into a side room of the hotel late at night. This is a very scary location at night and do not recommend any family’s to stay here until it’s cleaned up. I did not feel safe at all! Management didn’t really seem to care at all.

Great location with easy parking. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed with multiple other families for a baseball tournament and we’d stay again. We used the gym and the pool. Towels were provided by the front desk. Breakfast was a nice mix of hot and cold options. Scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage, make your own waffles with yogurts, breads/pastries. Rooms were clean. Only thing was ice machine wasn’t working on our floor and the laundry facilities were out of order. Luckily we didn’t need it this trip.

The staff did the best they could but it being the Fourth of July, the manager could have limit the amount of teenagers that stayed in the property. The minute I saw about a dozen, 12, teenagers run into one room, with the staff screaming out “only 4 to a room”, I knew it was going to be a loud, long night. Of course, the teenagers ran into the room ignoring the staff. There was running and knocking on room doors by these teenagers. And like I said to my family, the fire alarm was going to be set off…guarantee. Then at 5:20am the first one set off followed by a second one at 5:40am. We had 2 room. While our was okay, but the other room was disgusting. The shower head had mold on it and the carpet around the bed had vomit stains…gross. Next time, hold the parents responsible and don’t let teenagers check in.

Brought the family for Bday trip 1 night.

Bunch of homeless people hanging out at Jason till the complex people getting assaulted in the parking lot staff was understaffed no security kids running up and down big kids running up and down the hallways all night

The most horrible and heartless people in front desk!!!they just took my money just booked few minutes online..and went to check in they put me in a room different from my choice room online..and because i booked it in expedia i said i should cancel it..i called expedia and told me they cannot refund me because this Hampton inn would not allow them to do that..because my booking is not protected for cancellation..I came back and just decide to check in,in just 5-10mins they told me no rooms available and they just took my money just like that!!!!!!!!We travelled all the way from Kansas City just be treated like that!!!!!!I was frustrated obviously and who would not be?I have my kids with me and very tired..I know they were liars those front desk people don’t care i hope they can sleep well at night peacefully!!!!!!!!! I have always been a Hampton customer but never in my life encountered this kind of people!!!!!!And guess what..the lobby smells so bad..

Hospitality was amazing enjoyed the amenities and breakfast. I will recommend family and friends.
