AC Hotel Santa Rosa Sonoma Wine Country

We were in town for a family event thats started at 4pm. We were hoping for an early check in so we could shower and get dressed but were told that was not possible 4pm was check in, end of conversation. We did not shower and changed clothes at the event returning to the hotel at 11:30pm for our check in.

Make sure you lock your money up,and not in the room safe.Housekeepers got me for $262.Also, no microwaves.Had a booking issue through Expedia,and for two weeks Expedia could not get a hold of the manager to resolve the issue.Still trying to have it resolved.Night staff is a joke.Asked for washcloths,and the teenager guy brought me a comforter, 45 minutes later.Said he would come back with washcloths. 3 phone calls and two hours later he brought me large towels.I gave up.Fire alarm went off at 0400 and teenage night kid didn’t know what to do,was handled so poorly.There are multiple hotels in the exact same area, all within walking distance of downtown Santa Rosa, with better amenities at much better prices.Never again.

The ladychecking customers in was rude. My family had two rooms. Only reason we stayed is we had our pet with us. Will find another pet friendly hotel. The evening staff was very friendly and excellent.

Was there for a wedding. Room had 2 queen beds for 3 adults -one side of the bed was so close to the wall you could not get in no light over entrance near full length mirror- couldn't see yourself toilet was plastic and so low to the ground-like a child's toy- only one hook to hang towels for 3 adults -no overhead lights- just book lights- just a poor design.
