Female front desk is rude. Morning front desk seemed annoyed when we asked about the breakfast. Very short with us. No customer service skills. Evening front desk also seemed annoyed with our presence. We were with a group friends who also stay at the hotel. We were hanging out in the lobby seating area so we wouldn’t disturb anyone. We got loud once because of laughter. The front desk clerk at us like we’re children. Saying she got complaints. But yet she was the loud talking on the phone. Left very racial to me.

The staff was friendly, they were able to accommodate us next to our family, the beds were so comfortable, and the rooms were very clean. The patio from the room was very cute, but we were unable to use it due to the rain. There’s always a next time.

We went into our supposedly clean room and there were old french fries and lettuce sitting on the sofa and around the sofa. There weren’t any sheets on the pull-out sofa. Just a dirty mattress that when you laid down on it you fell in a huge dip in the middle. The doors had dirt from peoples hands. At night there was what sounded like a toddler running back and forth above us and outside there were people yelling and screaming. The cars were very loud around the hotel as well. We were also right next to a side entrance door that would slam every time someone went through it which we could hear perfectly in our room. We got no sleep and it was dirty. We will never stay there again.

I don’t want to be in a room with a door lock off to an adjoining room. You can hear everything. And when you have a toddler next door playing until after midnight it doesn’t work for me who has to get up early. In the future I will request a room with 4 walls and no doors to adjoining room. Other than that I will come back again.

I've already recommended this place to everyone. Having staying in Morgan Hill many times for soccer, both mine and my kid's, this by far is the best option. It's not across from the fields but it's only a 5 minute drive away. The nice staff, excellent facilities and large comfortable rooms make this the only choice for me from now on.

Some type of family reunion took place during my stay. Nothing too bad except the kids running through the hallways.The facility was clean, convenient to the 101 and town.
