We arrived late at night so our first impression of the hotel was the room interior which was fine, but felt in need of work. For example, the toilet was installed so the door would hit the toilet lid. However in the morning we got to see the entire grounds, which are spectacular! The walkways, the gardens, and the pool are all absolutely beautiful! The free breakfast was maybe just a little better than standard motel breakfast. For example, they have an automatic espresso machine and soy milk in the fridge. However the omelets had this very artificial american cheese, and the cereal choices were just sweet kiddy choices. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful! We were only there a night but this would not be a bad place to spend a few days. However it feels with a little work and some small changes it could really be a special place.

My room was not available on time for me to check-in when I arrived (I arrived at 3:15 pm after designated check-in time). I had to wait, with my toddler, for the room to be ready and was told that I would receive a call. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes (4:30 pm), my husband returned to the front desk and had to inquire about our room again before we received the key.

My husband and I stayed at the Best Western on both ends of a long trip to visit family. The check in process was easy both times; and we got our preferred room on the first visit, as we have stayed here multiple times and have our favorite rooms. The room is large, comfy beds, good water pressure and bath amenities. Plenty of towels, and extra bedding if needed. And the A/C works great! The folks at the front desk are always helpful, friendly and professional. We usually miss the breakfast, but the coffee is always hot and fresh. Will always stay at Best Western when we travel in and out of SBA.

The best place to stay in Goleta without breaking the bank. And the free breakfast! It's a good decent breakfast that will feed a busy family. I've stayed at other Best Westerns and this location is the BEST breakfast. Also the location is walking distance from grocery stores and restaurants.. and two min drive to the freeway. Stay here. You won't regret it!

The front desk personnel where very nice, they treated everyone as if they were family or new them for years. Breakfast was nice as well the kitchen staff worked very hard to make sure that the area stayed clean and helped anyone that requested assistance. Thank you Best Western!

A nice clean family friendly hotel. The free breakfast, outdoor ping pong table, fire pit tables, and pool/jacuzzi made for a fun and inviting stay. The courtyard was a nice area for the kids to run and play, they especially enjoyed the animal shaped hedges. Can't wait to see what new amenities they'll be putting in (there was construction going on).

Without a doubt it was the amazing topiaries throughout the propert. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was choices for any palette and the staff welcoming and efficient. Our one night visit with extended family (9) was a perfect choice.

Nice property but the room was small for what we paid. The walls were thin and we could hear the family in the connecting wall.
