We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect for our family trip.

Let me start by saying the property and location to Moro Bay are nice but my check in experience was one of the worst ive had. The lobby door was locked when i arrived with a note that went to lunch will be back in 1/2 hour. I stood at the door waiting for 40 minutes and i arrived at 6 pm. When the employee finally arrived she opened the door and was very rude and insulting to me and then told me my room just had a toilet installed and had to wait another hour for the room and by this time its almost 7pm and she insisted i go have dinner. I had already had dinner and said so the room isn't ready and she replied like i was a child saying the words very slowly and it was very insulting. There was alot more insulting comments after but ill try to keep it short . I had to get a different room from what i booked and was very hard to calm myself to even try to enjoy the rest of the evening . The next morning i went for breakfast and a different employee was very nice.so in all the place is nice just had a bad employee and odd the lobby closed at peek time when i already prepaid and had to wait to get my room.

Room was clean. Quiet and comfortable. I had my kids and grandkids and it was perfect for our little family. Definitely will stay here again. Staff was wonderful.

Located very close to the harbor, restaurants and bars. Parking for guest and also a Tesla v3 charger on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Nice clean room. They have a nice sun deck on property which is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the sunset. A very nice premium continental breakfast is provided by the hotel. Great place to stay with the family. Will be back.
