Nice stay, rooms are small but clean and comfortable bed. Nice outdoor area with lots of greenery. Very walkable to beach and Embarcadero. Cinnamon rolls in the morning from Frank and Lola's were really good. Pet friendly but you have to walk elsewhere for them to go potty. Very nice overall and family owned.

The staff was very sweet they gave a nice little care package for our fur baby. The room was small and cozy and the view was amazing.

We really liked the Bayfront Inn, notably because of the location, with perfect view of Morro Rock (Lisamu) and right next to the best ever breakfast place and just crossing the street to the Promenade. Owners have warned, the rooms are small, it just has TV, no cable. Only caution is that sometimes you can hear the people in the next room especially those with kids. I wasn't bothered by it but it kept my girlfriend from sleepting right away. But by 9-10 p.m. it was quiet.

Stuffy air in the room. Could not get temperature right. Too hot from the heater, then the air gave me a stuffy nose. Hair on the bedding when we arrived. Very small room. Not sure how I would stay with our 2 small children.

Nice location! It has a very cute patio area with great ocean/rock view. The owner is quite strict about what one can and cannot do on the property. There was quite a list of things to not do. There was also a loud misunderstanding between the owner and a client. The client stated that they could not use the reservation because of the no children policy. They wanted a refund. The owner would not comply.

Worst experience the lady Leigh is rude and nosy she was waiting outside my door and was very rude to my kids my daughter couldn’t even enjoy her birthday stay because of how uncomfortable she made it
