Oceanpoint Ranch

Friendly family hotel was very comfy. Beautiful surroundings, walkable to beach. Rooms are clean and comfortable bed. We were here in June and just a heads up the rooms do not have air conditioners. It was warm in the day but cooked off in the evening. We enjoyed the outdoors till it cooled off. There’s plenty to enjoy here.

Nicely remodeled facility which is very convenient and picturesque. Toilets are for low small children not for adults or seniors in particular. Some nice fire pits and grounds. Expedia (3rd party) customers get left overs and no extra favors.

Great, family friendly hotel. Lots to do on site (pool, lawn games, fire pits, beach access). It was raining at the time of our visit, so I wish the restaurant on property had more indoor seating available for breakfast. Otherwise, great stay. We will definitely be back.

We’ve stayed here before, but without our whole family. If you don’t mind a little rugged then it’s great! The biggest complaint is that the bathrooms have no ventilation or fans so everything gets wet from all the steam, it’s gross! The water pressure in the showers kept going in and out. There’s also no air conditioning or fans so it got stuffy at night, even with the windows open. The grounds are fun with fire pits and outdoor games. But make sure there’s no rain in the forecast because otherwise there’s not much to do. Last time we were here, the restaurant was open all day. Now it’s only open until noon with no plans of staying open later in the future, that was a bummer. There are drinks available for purchase at the front desk but no snacks, we had to go to the gas station in the town to stock up on snacks.

Had a great time with my family. You have to walk across the street for views which is no biggie but I don’t want you to think you have ocean views from the hotel. Staff was friendly and accommodating and helpful. The restaurant was a little concerning. Many of the tables weren’t bussed and had leftover food on them while there weren’t open tables. Overall great location and facility.

Great for families with all the activities and fire pits and location to the state beach across the street(under the bridge). The quality and cleanliness of the cabin we rented did not match the price we paid. Thought we were getting more for the price. Will go down the street with an ocean view for less next time.

Great for families and couples. Very cute property with lots to do for everyone. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely place! A true gem. The property is huge and we enjoyed walking around. We came with 3 young kids and they had a blast in the game area and outside (and they were contained.) Loved the calmness and tranquillity of this hotel. Everything was great!
