Springhill Suites by Marriott Paso Robles Atascadero

The room was very clean and stocked with plenty of towels, hangers, extra pillows and blankets. I didn't have to ask for anything. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful when I had any questions. All in all, it was a great experience for me and my family.

The hotel accommodated an early checkin, but proceeded to put me and my family on the ground floor where you can literally hear everyone’s foot steps above us as if it was a stampede. Is it generally supposed to be this noisy? I’ve stayed at many hotels and have never experienced this before. Zero stars

The hotel was beautiful, the beds were comfortable and the service was great. The hotel was in the perfect spot to visit Morro Bay, Cayucos and Pismo without traveling too far and without spending too much on our stay. There was coffee available all day, the pool was set at 82, and the breakfast had a great assortment of hot and cold items. Our room was suite-style and, with 3 young adult children, it was the perfect size to spread out with the couch, 2 beds, a separate shower room and bathroom. There were several days that the breakfast items ran out and we had to wait a bit but the service was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

Nice staff great place to stay with family

A couple of things missing which would really help 1) a latch on the sliding door for bath/toilets since we are travelling with family/kids 2) a bigger coffee table in the living room area

The pool was a little small but the kids still had a blast. Very clean hotel and staff was very friendly.

Very pleasant place to stay for a family of 5 on a summer road trip. Seemed to be mostly families staying here. Plenty of space, heated pool, outstanding hotel breakfast. Downside: pretty expensive.

We called ahead to let the hotel know we would be a little late as we had be hiking in Big Sur on our out of state vacation. When we arrived at 11and were informed that our room had been given away. We were "upgraded" to a king suite with one king bed and one pullout twin couch. We had five people including three adults. This was not acceptable nor comfortable. There was no apology, no attempt to offer us a discount, no attempt to make up for this. Out of the 8 hotels we stayed at on our vacation, this was by far the one we all liked the least. Additionally they kept running out of coffee during breakfast and my partners had to wait twenty minutes to get their coffee. When they had so many families staying there it was important to ensure people got in and out quickly during breakfast.
