La Bellasera Hotel And Suites

This is an excellent place to stay in paso robles, esp. with family. The folks at reception are great, the room service is prompt and excellent and ambience is great. Highly recommend!

My wife made several concerns to the front desk after 9 pm in regard's to the amount of noise above them from other guest. This was a girls trip i booked for my wife and a friend to have a peaceful weekend away from our baby boy. The reception and security said they heard nothing. They were invited to our room to hear the jumping off the bed to the floor. Their only option was to move our rooms at 10 pm. We had to stay awake till 2 am when it finally improved. Very not pleasant last night out of two. I requested the highest room to avoid this type of issues. They had us on the second flooor. Overall the trip was decent but the lack of assistance from the staff to enforce the rules and help us fixed the problem. No offers for a free stay to make up for it or a reimbursement. I would hsve left if it was light out but 10pm i just had to suffer through.

Convenient location off freeway.Not a congested area around a bunch of hotels.Noise level around hotel was very minimal.Will return to this hotel.This hotel was five star for my family and myself.

I thought the pool looked much larger in the pictures. It seems more like a 3.5 vs 4 star hotel. Good location for families to walk to restaurants at the Target center. The housekeeping outside of the rooms and lobby bathroom and elevator needs to improve. The restaurant staff and lobby staff were very friendly.

Very clean, spacious and comfortable room. My family enjoyed this hotel as it was close to stores and near attractions of our interest.

The place was very quaint. Not exactly kid friendly, but we still made the best of it and the kids did have fun.

My family of 5 stayed at The Bellasera for 3 nights. Here are the reasons for our rating: 1) The room description specifically stated that the room slept 5 - which is why we picked it over other hotel options. However, when we arrived, we found that the room only had 1 king bed and 1 pullout sofa. There were no other rooms available. The staff was helpful and got a rollaway bed for us but the room ended up being very crowded. Not fun especially when traveling with 3 kids. 2) The bathroom had a glass door. So basically everyone outside can see anyone inside. Again, not fun when traveling with 3 kids. 3) Sound Proofing was awful. We heard doors slamming starting at 6am every single day. 4) The food at the restaurant was mediocre. 5) The staff was very friendly and helpful which was the only saving grace.
