Everything was as you would hope and expect from a quality hotel. We were greeted with kindness and treated with the appreciation you'd expect if staying with family!

Everyone of the staff were so friendly and helpful. Even the Maintenance Engineer who got onto our elevator. The entire atmosphere was pleasant and well arranged. I enjoyed the breakfast in the early morning and the updates sent to me about how to pre-register and Check-out. I and my family look forward to booking this hotel again.

Really nice hotel for family. Stayed one night to break up a long drive. Nice touches like welcome drinks and a great breakfast with custom omelets and good coffee. It was crazy busy when we were there so the dining room got backed up, but staff kept their cool. The pullout bed was nicer than most and the showers/bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

The convenience of close to downtown. But being a repeat customer i would like for property to offer rewards points. One of the negative is too noisy with kids not sure if walls are too thin but you hear kids running and screaming.

Fantastic pit stop. Beautiful modern room. Whole family slept very well. Very good breakfast with made to order eggs and omelettes. Highly recommend.

Room set up was excellent. Staff wonderful and friendly. Handled the one service request quickly. Breakfast one of the best. Even cocktail offered at night. Comments: 1. Bathroom lighting was dim but the rest of room was better than most. 2. A lot of kid noises ( there were a lot of kids). I would suggest when possible to separate couples or singles from them. It was excessively loud. 3. Shower spray was so forceful you could not use it. It was painful to say the least
