The staff was amazing and accommodating to our soccer group. Facility was nice and family friendly.

The info on this property is wrong. The check in time says anytime, and because I knew I was taking a late flight, I chose this hotel. Flight delayed and I get in after 2 am. Hotel tells me that's when their check in ends. Well, Anytime is certainly after 2 am. But too bad, cuz they cancelled my reservation and I was left with no other option but having to make a whole new reservation with no refund. On top of all that, the room was dirty - there spiders on the window and in the bathroom, the shower was cramped, and the walls and floor are thin so I could hear the screaming baby in the next room crystal clear. Shout out to Mona at the front desk who worked with me for hours to try to fix it, but there was no solution. Disappointed.

The room wall didnt have eoungh isolation and we could hear anyone walking down the hall, laughing and talking. Also we wear able to hear people next room coughing and sneezing. We couldnt sleep and my child sleep cycle was disturbed many times. The room was not clean. The mattress and the piollows were the worse. Make sure to bring with you some back pain pills .

I had the do not disturb sign on my door everyday yet the cleaning services either knocked or let themselves in without knocking, completely ignoring our wishes and waking up my children

This is a wonderful hotel to stay at with families. The rooms are spacious but also the lobby has great places to sit a hang out in. The pool is a nice spot and there is lots of out door spaces it relax in.
