Clean and modern, little noisy from upstairs family but great experience

Staff was very nice and tried to accommodate during a busy weekend to some issues with refrigerator and the guest laundry room over all good service stayed there for a second time with my kids.

As a family this stay was so convenient and perfect for us. The rooms come with a kitchenette that is well equipped. Would book again and highly recommend!

We travelled with two Kids (6yrs and 11yrs).Hyatt is at a good location, right next to Paypal. We stayed for a week at this propety. Staff are not friendly or welcoming, reception/staff does not even smile when your approach them, making guest feel unwelcome. There was one person at one of the days who was friendly, rest of them are not. Most of the employed people (room service/cleaners) dont know English and knows only spanish, so its hard to tell them to take trash out when the trash is full, we used google translate to tell them. Generally the staff and people seem to mind their business and dont care about guests. It is though a safe place for family, however, people working are not friendly. Parking is spacious. How ever you should avoid parking close to the entrance of hotel facing another motel. Property is right next to a motel and people from Motel keep staring at your car while you park sometimes. We took our car away to the backside of the Hotel so that these staring people dont see what are bringing in and taking away from the car.

The whole family stayed overnight in your hotel for a family Christmas bonding. Everybody enjoyed our moments together inside the hotel and we cannot wait for another bonding moments next family reunion. Looking forward for more days stay in your place.

The hotel was overally busy. The room we booked(2 bedroom+sofa kitchen suite) was not available upon our arrival. They offered us a two room with king beds and one room w/ kitchen and sofa bed and we got free parking for the night, which was fine.The stay was ok, but right when we were ready to check out the fire alarm went off. There were no staff in the halls to let anyone know what was going on. The instructions over the loud speakers instructed to use stairs to leave the building and not the elevator. Being on the 5th floor with luggage and kids was not ideal. We met guests walking back up the stairs say that it was a false alarm. There were still no staff available to instructed guests of the situation. Overall it was a ok stay; although it was a false alarm, they need to improve on there fire alarm procedures for there hotel guests.

This place isn't a mile from PayPal Park, as stated in the description. It's about 3 miles away, but there is a metro platform outside the hotel. That said, our room (441) was above the street and we heard traffic noise all night long. The room was spacious and good sized for a family of 4. The included breakfast was nice, waffles and juice, etc. There were no towels at the pool, so we asked housekeeping for a few. Every family that showed up after us also had to ask for towels until someone was told there were none. After we were done, there was nowhere to deposit the wet towels. Overall, it was decent for a night, but I wouldn't stay here for a longer visit.
