Hampton Inn & Suites Lodi

We were there to visit family. This is a pretty safe location.

The front desk supervisor was the worst to deal with. Very rude and was not pleasant to deal with at all. She made it seem as if we were lying about having a reservation. We got locked out of our room and she made it seem as if were trespassing on the property. She had to walk us to our room that we rightfully reserved and paid for as if we were children. Very unpleasant stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites in Lodi. I was most impressed by the quality of everything from the staff, bedroom, furniture, pool, breakfast, and cleanliness. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I slept well. I have stayed at other hotels and never felt comfortable on the mattress since I always felt them stiff. The bed for Hampton Inn & Suites was wonderful. I even felt the bedspread was really nice because it was soft and cozy. We enjoyed the breakfast options from 6am -10am. The pool and jacuzzi were also excellent. I would definitely return to Hampton Inn & Suites in Lodi in the future. I highly recommend the hotel!

We first arrived at 1:15 on Friday, June 1, 2023 and the people at the front desk were so friendly. They gave us an update when our room would be ready. I mentioned that my triplet grand babies would be visiting and they were Special Ed kids. The room I reserved was specifically reserved for their needs. The front desk understood the severity of the room we needed. My grand babies arrived and enjoyed the pool with us for 45 mins. Around 9 PM is when we decided to go upstairs and get them changed. Around 9:20 (new shift) came upstairs knocking complaining about the noise. We were in room 215 above the lobby. I apologized and told the person, they would be leaving soon. Once I closed the door, phone rang and another person at the front desk kept asking for names but not identifying themself as the person at the front desk. I again reiterated that the grand babies would be leaving soon. As my son, the grand babies and my husband was walking out, the person that knocked on the door insisting they sign a piece of paper. Obviously, they both refused as I was the contact person. The evening shift did not greet or have any comment to people walking in/or out of the hotel. The evening people need to learn manners on how to approach their guests and no give dirty looks when guests arrived. Also inappropriate to talk about management in front of guests.

It was a very great place to stay when visiting family in Lodi to spend Easter with them.

Myself & Family and Friends just enjoyed our stay . It was nice and very much an enjoyable stay . The children enjoyed the pool , and the other guest that were at the pool we all were very respectful of each other . Now that truly was a rarity these days. Such a joy to share the same space with others and it be a pleasant experience. The breakfast that was offered was great for the children , and there were several options to choose from . I must say the 24hr coffee and tea was definitely a nice treat , and just nice to have if your on a business trip an our anticipating a long night . The stay was nice .

Great place to stay. Stayed for one night with family. Would stay again.

Didn’t sleep well at all . Kids crying , sounded like kids running through the halls . I’m a very light sleeper so it wasn’t pleasant at all !

The beds and pillows were comfortable and the room that we stayed in was huge. The staff were friendly. The only complaint there was from our family is that the breakfast could have been a little better. Overall though it was a great stay and we would stay again.

Room was clean and comfy. Breakfast covered everyone’s tastes for 2 different families with lots of variety. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
