Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Lathrop - South Stockton, an IHG Hotel

The pool was closed! We booked this for the pool for our grand children. They could update the web site!!!! More people showed up for the same reason..

We always stay here when visiting family, however this time our bathroom door did not close properly, the pool which is usually relaxing was filled with at least 50 kids without supervision. While trying to sleep kids were running up & down the hallways banging on the walls more than likely again without supervision. We called the front desk and thankfully the noise was stopped within minutes. At 2:23 am the entire cover of the air/heater fell off, it was difficult to sleep after that. When the manager at the front desk was told about the issues while checking out we were told we would be given additional points to our IGH account for the inconvenience but did never did it. I don’t think we will be returning.

Absolutely best we have found in the area. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Will be back when visiting family again.

Nothing to say but good things about this property. The checkin was smooth, breakfast was good, and most importantly I felt safe with my two young kids. Close to the fwy but quiet enough rooms.

I stopped here after a very long day of driving hoping for a good nights sleep before a long drive the next day. There was an event happening in the conference room right by the lobby. I’m all for a good party, but a bunch of the kids that were attending that event we’re hanging out in the lobby and on the stairs. The other guests couldn’t even walk past because they were sitting on the steps. It was so loud I could barely hear what the lady at the reception desk was saying to me. I asked her for a quiet room so I could get some much-needed rest and ended up right next to the stairwell , the back entrance, the laundry room, and the pool. After I saw the room she put me in, I went back and asked (more like begged) her to put me in a different room. She said there was nothing she could do, but she had some earplugs I could have. Needless to say I didn’t get much sleep. It’s super frustrating when you pay over $230 for a room expecting to get some rest which didn’t happen. The room was very clean, and the bed and pillows are comfortable but it didn’t do me much good because people were tromping up the stairs and doors were slamming for most of the night and I didn’t get much sleep. I was very disappointed in the way the entire situation was handled. I will not be staying here again.

Great hotel stayed here when visiting family. Clean and the staff was very accommodating. Kids loved the pool.

Great for kids. They loved the indoor pool. And the automatic pancake maker is fascinating.
