While the rooms have recently been remodeled, they removed the alarm clocks so you have no way of knowing what time it is in the middle of the night as the A/C unit constantly cycles on and off like a jet engine! A call t the front desk says they no longer have alarm clocks as "amenities"....when was a clock ever considered an amenity? Talk about going cheap! The pillows are awful....why do hotels put down pillows in their rooms? They flatten down to nothing and there's no way to ever get them to stay lofty. And the rooms are just plain noisy....no sound proofing or insulation between the walls or floors. Doors slam at all hours of the night, people talking loudly in the hall (they might as well be in the same room with you) and the kids staying because they are in sports tournaments are running around upstairs and moving furniture or God knows what?! Worst 4 nights sleep ever!

Thehotel was a great stay. Very beautiful. My kids enjoyed the amenities and decorations. The breakfast was delicious.

Stayed for our family reunion. Lucky to get a renovated room (hence the higher rating). Some family members got unrenovated rooms, and their reviews will likely be significantly lower. 😕 One con: requested connecting rooms in reservation (have an 11-year old). When we got there, they informed us no connecting rooms exist. Cousins shared that these still exist on unrenovated floors, but had to make the decision between updated rooms or connecting rooms.

I am very disappointed. Apparent the hotel is under construction so noise from 8am to 6pm. Pool closed until 6pm. With a young child it made it very inconvenient. This should have also been disclosed at check in or even at booking. The room itself is nice. Staff upfront was ok. Breakfast staff was great. Night security, let’s say rubbed me the wrong way. Overall it was mid and we won’t be back.

Had to book last minute due to family illness and get two families settled plus Christmas arranged. Staff was very friendly, made suggestion on how to book rooms that fit our needs and made the the total experience a successful one. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is minutes from any where in town, food, shopping and events

Thw room was next to party room and noisy. The bathroom needed maintenance. It had kiddie toilet.
