My family and I had a wonderful stay here. They were very accommodating and the customer service was great. The complementary breakfast was also Very good and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool. Overall, it was great stay and I highly recommend.

This was a perfect hotel! We were there a week traveling to take care of family business and we have NO negative comments. Thank your staff for everything especially CLEANING BEAUTIFULLY EVERYDAY! Everyone was so professional and kind at the front desk also. And the breakfast was yummy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was fine but the Tv did not work at all. We asked were offered to switch rooms and did so to find out that that tv also did not work. I asked to speak to a manager and was offered to switch rooms again to one with a Jacuzzi. My kids and I had already switched our belongings once so another time was not acceptable. I am applying for a FULL refund for my stay.

My stay here was great! We checked in late at night at staff was there at the front desk to greet and check my family in. Very friendly staff and the room was clean and spacious. Had breakfast started at 6 I think. Had a good variety of option to eat. Was a little hard to find, it was behind the buildings in the shopping center. Overall my stay was great

This is now our 4th stay at this hotel, the staff is super friendly. We are a family of 5 and the rooms are spacious and priced reasonably. The indoor pool is cherry on top. Definitely coming back.

The carpet are so worn out and dirty, shower hardly working and sink drain was sluggishly draining. Bathroom light bulb needs a higher wattage of light and the wall needs sound barrier, we can hear voices from next room. The hallway was dirty with trash. House phone have no written signage how to contact front desk. Complimentary breakfast is average. Felt so dissatisfied with this Comfort Inn. Will not be back with this place nor recommend it to family and friends.

This hotel is completely unprepared to deal with power outage. I understand that a power outage is something that this property cannot control, however, their lack of ability to provide their guest with even basic safety items during a power outage is disturbing. We were in the pool area (which also smelled terribly of over chlorination - which a professional pool company should be called to take a look at) when the power went out. The hotel has no generators to light the guest area of the hotel. We had to walk up the stairs with wet little kids in the dark. The front desk has nothing to offer us for light. No candles, no lanterns, no flashlights. When asked to speak to anyone to see what could be done, we were refused. It truly felt like the hotel had no concern for our comfort or safety in this situation. Again, while I understand that this is an uncommon situation in this area, the lack of concern, willingness to help, and preparedness during a storm made for an extremely unpleasant stay. I will not be staying there again, and would not recommend to any family or friends to stay there while in the area.

Loved the small indoor swimming pool. Perfect for the Grandkids

Seemed clean and suitable for the night. We had a late check in and were told the elevator didnt work due to a busy afternoon. Had to carry luggage and kids up to the room. Lame. Were given wrong directions to the room which made the haul a lot longer and unnecessary. Room was decent and clean but got bit by something several times. Hopefully not bedbugs.
