If you want to check in earlier for get it they don’t even care!.. Or try to do anything for you we got there at 8am for this reason I called the hotel to make sure about early check in and was promise that it world happened I got there with a toddler and he was sleeping and didn’t even have a room ready for my family Didn’t even call to let me know the early check in was not going to happened Like really!!!….. the general manager came out to talk to us and didn’t even care to help us all he could say we are not going to charge the $50 like come on lol and didn’t even apologize about the situation or said I could give you a temporary room for now still we have ur rooms ready at 2 pm or 4 on they didn’t even know I went back to the hotel about 1pm to check the status and said ohhh ur rooms are ready again I sad what time where there there ready about an hr ago And NO ONE CALL My point is really bad customer service Won’t be staying there ever again!…

It was great my kids loved it

By far one of my worst experiences at a hotel thus far. I requested a specific room and confirmed several times by phone, and when I arrived I was given a different one and had to change later. When I changed rooms the clerk said why didn’t you tell us you wanted that room?! I had a package delivered and when I arrived it could not be found and I was told by several staff members it never arrived despite Fed Ex confirming the arrival and it being signed for by their desk clerk. I also called prior to confirm its arrival. Every hour I called the desk and they pretended they had no idea the package was missing and would tell me to call back later. Later it mysteriously appeared 12 hours too late. So guess it was delivered despite them trying to gaslight me and say it wasn’t. My key stopped working and I got locked out of my room when grabbing ice from the vending machine and when I went down to the lobby to get the key replaced the front desk clerk made me get in line behind 4 families lined up waiting to check-in DESPITE me standing there half naked in sleeping attire. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! When I got to the front 20 min later they said oh so sorry we’re so busy today, not sure why the key stopped working… Unbelievable.
