Sheraton La Jolla Hotel

i really had an amazing time in here with my family. i loved the room. we didn’t have hot water and as soon as we told the staff they came and help us. the pool area is amazing and so pretty with the trees. the restaurant was conveniently and really good. you can also walk to whole foods and some fast food

We had an amazing time. The pool is truly beautiful, just like the photo. Shopping and food is a simple walk away. There was a $50 amenities fee upon check-in which I was already prepared for, since everyone in San Diego seems to do it this way. The full amount was refunded a few days after the trip. Overall, it was a surprisingly relaxing family vacation, and we were completely happy.

All fine here, hotel is good for families. Nice enuf rooms and beds, cramped bathroom but overall solid. Charging $27 for parking is absurd, resort fees and the like, the best part is that it backs up to a nice mall w lots of good places you can walk to.

Great stay for 6 person family.

Really cool tropical setting, not a super modern hotel but fun and good for families.

I usually hate staying in hotels, but I’ve had good experiences with Sheraton Hotels in the past, so thought I’d try my hand at it again: This was the cleanest room I’ve stayed in, considering how hard it is to keep them clean, I was amazed. The natural wood shutters were a good touch, and the view overlooked the well maintained courtyard/garden with plenty of palm trees, plenty of accent lighting at night, nothing obnoxious tho, we were able to keep the shutters open all night. Even with the AC blasting it was still a little warm in the room tho. The pool was also very clean, my girlfriend and I kindof got forced out because of a lot of kids our first day, but they were having fun so wasn’t a big deal. But the morning swim was peaceful. Would definitely stay here again. And for the height of summer to be able to get a room; the prices weren’t outrageous.

We had a great time at this hotel. Kids loved the pool and the koi pond. About a 10-15 minute drive to the beach and close enough to the zoo for us. The room itself was nice and everything you would hope for in a hotel room. The maids did cute things for the kids and really made the stay special. I would stay here again. Very relaxing atmosphere and after some exhausting days as tourists we genuinely looked forward to going back to the hotel.

This is best Sheraton we stayed everything great, whoever designed hotel courtyard pools garden trees they should use him to do hotels, fix up Sheraton by harbor island airport, TV guide was good work the way tv supposed to, there was refrigerator microwave coffee maker every hotel should have that, no problems shower handles like some hotels, good idea big liquid bottles shampoo body wash hand lotion all hotels should do that, nice wood furniture blinds, plugs work not like some hotels, I don’t like paying parking for hotel but maybe this is convention hotel, good near mall, rug corridor good, nice hotel lobby registration, noise ok sometimes hotels hear doors slam, machine noise, cars starting, kids etc I will recommend hotel, made me think good about Sheraton hotels

Rooms are not very sound proof. Room next to us (adjoining) had children playing at 6am and it sounded like they were standing right next to us talking. They were not yelling, the rooms are just not very sound proof.

Great for families! Shops nearby and beds are very comfortable!
