The hotel was great with amenities for kids. We only had a problem with the hotel charging us twice for our room by mistake. It was taken care of in the end but still a hassle at check out.

This is a great family friendly resort, that works well for young families visiting Legoland and surrounding areas. The private access to Legoland, large rooms, pool amenities, dining and access options to both the Sheraton and Westin, make this hotel a top choice. It is on the pricier side with added daily resort fees, US$38 per day for parking and $25 per day for a cot, but Sheraton and its wonderful staff worked with us to address those excess fees.

The Sheraton Carlsbad resort and spa did not disappoint. Everything was wonderful. The staff was amazing especially Taryn. She went above and beyond to make sure my family was happy. I will definitely book a stay here again my next time in Carlsbad.

We can’t say enough about how great this hotel is. From location to the customer service at check in it’s all around a 10. The pool is awesome with a beach style walk up, 4.5 feet max so our boys can reach and we feel safe letting them swim. Wish the waterslide stayed open longer but no biggie The 2 queen rooms are very spacious the property is beautiful. Awesome family hotel we love it Family of 4 kids age 7 & 10

For being such a large chain, the front desk said hello and called us by name each day. Very accommodating and simply a lovely property. The valets were so polite and helpful (thank you Jack, for your outstanding service). All of our friends and family (wedding guests from all over the country) complimented the choice of properties. Excellent job everyone!

The front desk guy was great. I can’t believe I forgot his name. Nice dressed black gentleman. So nice and did three things at once and was never flustered. The bar was good. Not quiet, kids running loud, and all next to seaworld. Room good. Balcony good. Spa was great at the other hotel. Very good. Living room was in between the king bed no door with balcony, then the room with twins beds had a door. Clean. Nice to walk around property. Food is close by.

It’s a very lovely property. Lots of amenities and good pool area for children and lifts for handicapped to get into pool and spa. The only problem was lack of soundproofing between rooms. I was awakened at 12:30am by people coming into the next room. Excessive resort fee $25/day plus expensive room.
