SpringHill Suites by Marriott Sacramento Natomas

This hotel has a nice and quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable that accommodated my family of five. The staff on the front(name is Ty)desk was prompt when we requested for extra blankets. The breakfast in the morning was a big plus. We also loved the fridge and the microwave in the room. I highly recommend this hotel.

I stayed there with family and i like it very much must recommend to all my friends and family the staff is so cool very convenient the parking is very good right by the rooms

I’m not one to write a review, but must share that three of my car windows were smashed and items stolen in the front row of parking at this hotel. Management shared that this has happened before but did not offer any help to remedy the situation (I requested additional night stay as it’s a Sunday and all glass repair shops are closed so I’ll be in town a few more days). I’m traveling with a newborn specifically picked this hotel for safety reasons and have been put in an unfortunate situation. Beware.

We booked a weekend Labor Day Retreat for our family. We did not expect to have our Van Stolen from the Hotel Parking Lot just 7 Stalls away from the front door at 5 pm in the afternoon. When we reported it the agent in from desk bald head like kid said well that’s a first and chuckled. No help just a phone number and then Blank. I asked about the camera outside and to my surprise. Well we don’t have access to it . Wow . Buyers Beware. SpringHill Suites 2555 Venture oaks way Sacramento Ca. You are on your own. Report on file Sacramento Police Department.

Rooms were large and clean. Air/heat unit was loud and struggled to cool the room. The bed next to the unit was freezing while the rest of the room was sweltering. Great selection for breakfast. Couch converted into a twin bed with a trundle. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Area around the hotel had lots of displaced families living in trailers and RVs. No pool but a good sized fitness room. Parking spaces were very tiny for our Explorer.

The website advertised a day bed and sofa for sleeping but upon arrival there were no blankets available for my children who were sleeping there. The bathroom door squeaked horribly. Gum embedded into the carpet, brown stuff on shower curtain, ran out of kleenex after one use, phone was in disrepair to make a call to the front desk. Asked for an early check-out the evening we arrived (we booked for 2 nights) and was told by front desk to check in the morning. At 8AM checked with front desk staff who said she would call the manager. Finally after 2 hours of waiting we had to go to an appointment and asked if they checked in with the manager. They were honest and said they had not called. We were packed and ready but unfortunately we had to return to the hotel for another night. Upon our return we parked and then proceeded to unload the car only to discover 8 police vehicles with sirens and lights had blocked the street/entrance to the hotel as they were dealing with the homeless population that lines the street on the journey into the hotel and a hit and run.

Great hotel for families, comfort, spacious, and clean. Great location, love the breakfast buffet. Will definitely stay here again, if in the area.
