Definitely recommend this property - stayed for a weekend with family and dog and was pleasantly surprised by the room size, features and the breakfast options. Next time I am in SD, will b staying here again for sure!

Everything was ok upon check in. However we did notice what might be blood stains or stains in general in one of the showers on the floor. We ended up using one bathroom. I don't like that the public has so much access to the front doors as opposed to a traditional hotel. A random person knocked and knocked on the door and thankfully my kids know better than to answer. When I opened the door, she ran off and said sorry. We definitely liked the wild turkeys in the parking lot. Lol odd.

Everything was fine until the second night. When we came back to our room the people in the room under us was smoking weed and it was strong enough to creep up to our room above them. We had a child with us, so it wasn't cool. We checked out the next morning.

Everything was good till midnight We stayed 2 nights. Need to wake up before 7 am for sports tournament. BUT First night at 1:47 am & 3:30 am & 4:00 am people stay downstairs made loud noise and smoke and slam the door frequently. Second night at 3:30 am one woman kept knocking my door later heard one man and woman quarreled loud and slam the door AGAIN Nightmare for entire family.

We were so impressed by this property. My kids were extra excited that there was a basketball court. Breakfast was great and the whole place felt peaceful. Our room was huge and perfectly fit our needs. Felt like a resort.

Stayed with family super cool area shopping near by quiet night security and one in lobby overall great. The only thing is the couch bed had stains underneath dark red we didn’t use it bed was clean rest of the couch was clean . Deposit was pricy .
