Four Points by Sheraton Sacramento International Airport

My kids and I stayed for an early flight the next morning. We enjoyed the pool and had dinner nearby. The hot tub was out of order but it was hot outside so it didn't really matter. The bar was okay and reasonably priced given the expenses of everything else these days. Overall good would stay again.

Complete Rip off ! The front desk gave us keys to a preoccupied room !! Upon entering the room , the occupants yelled at us . The staff had no idea who was in that room . As their system showed it was vacant . It clearly states the safety measures that are taken here . My family had to cancel our reservation at spot and rebook for some other location . Complete waste of time and energy.

The shuttle service to and from the airport was wonderful! Also, it was convient to leave my car at the hotel while the family enjoyed vacationing in Oahu. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff did an excellent job, but they were overworked. The receptionist: checked people in, answered the phone several times for people wanting shuttle service, and she took payments for the convience store. Two people should have been working at the desk. In the restaurant: one person did the bar tending (taking and serving drinks), took food orders, served the food, took payments for drinks and food. Two people should have been working, it took over 1 hour for us to get our food. The staff did an excellent job accomodating the guests. They had positive attitudes and didn't complain about multi-tasking.

The hotel is over priced and run down They charge for everything Parking Breakfast It’s not a good place for family

This hotel was perfect for my husband and our 3 children! We got 2 queen beds, which felt like sleeping on a cloud! The room was Beautiful. The AC worked perfectly. The kids and us adults had a great time in the cool pool! It was a short drive to the state fair. Everything was exactly what we wanted and NEEDED!

Good place to stay that is near the airport, clean-family friendly pool. Many places to eat near hotel. You do have to pay for parking on-site.

Over ok. The pool was not clean and I wouldn’t let my child swim in it.

I booked room for 2 adults and 3 children. Room could not accommodate for that size and they refused to give extra blankets and pillows. Very rude staff
