Hampton Inn Norco-Corona-Eastvale

The facility was booked for a soccer tournament. My daughter used the restroom and the toilet would not flush. I called the front desk and maintenance came to fix the issue. He turned on the water valve behind the toilet. As the evening proceeded I noticed a leak on the restroom from the water valve. I notified the front desk and they let me know maintenance would be in to fix the issues in morning or we could move in the middle of the night. My children were asleep so it was not possible. Once the mains man arrived he stated he fixed the issue however he did not. We went about our day at the soccer field and returned to another puddle of water. Hotels.com refunded our stay but I had to pay for the night we stayed. They were unable to switch our rooms due to being booked at capacity. In addition, the room smelled like mold not sure if it was due to the AC or carpet. The room appeared clean and updated. The door from the pool to the first floor is not secure and there are several homeless people roaming the area.

We stayed 2 nights and we had a nice stay. The boys enjoyed the warm pool. Rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable. I loved that it is pet friendly and they have a potty section for the furr babies. We will definitely be staying here again.

Stayed here a few times while visiting family. It is clean, well kept and the staff has always been friendly and professional. Shower pressure and water temp were good. Beds were comfortable. I wish when I turned the television on it wasn’t set on Fox news, but other than that it was a nice stay and worth the money paid.

When we checked-in, the first set of key cards did not work. After returning to the front desk to get more, the second set did not work. We tried a third set, those did not work so a hotel staffer had to let us in. The next day the staffer stated the door lock was newly installed and they only had one room key that did not work. That posed a problem for us as we were there for our kid’s soccer games that were on two separate schedules. Each time one of us went to our room, the hotel staff would have to let us in. The lobby and surrounding hallways smelled of marijuana smoke and the sink in our room had several cracks and mold in it. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in!

Great customer service. Every staff person i passed by was polite and made my family feel welcomed. I actually had high hopes on using the pool and the exercise room. I didnt use the pool because I didnt make time but i did go into the exercise room and it lacked equipments. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
