This is the second time my family and I have stayed at this hotel, and I find the stay to be efficient and adequate. I appreciate the staff and their dedication to quality customer service.

There were kids above our room jumping on the bed from 12-2am and then again at 6am through the whole morning. The staff did nothing and when I complained to the manager he claimed there was nothing he could do for me. I would like a refund or discounted rate for this room. It was truly awful. I am never staying here again.

Pleasant stay slept like a baby

Stayed one night with my family. Check-in was fast and the front staff was amazing, very helpful. Easy walking distance to places to shop and eat. Very beautiful surroundings. Room was very spacious and clean, beds were very comfortable, bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast options were great and everything was delicious. Had a wonderful experience. Plan to return and would highly recommend.

As arrived to hotel 1 hr after checkin my room that I booked was not available and I was down grades with no compensation and no help from hotels.com chat agent . I was very disappointed and very unhappy family trip.

All of the staff was very nice, helpful and always had a smile . The breakfast had very good tasty options. We really enjoyed the pool. The hotel is walking distance to stores and restaurants. Now the things we didnt like. We didnt know this but this is a pet friendly facilty. We had a late flight and got to the hotel at 10 pm. We went straight to bed. I kept telling my husband the room smelled I just couldnt figure out what it was. The next morning my husband figured out that it was dog hair and piss what we smelled. The ironing table was full of dog hair and pee stains. I could tell the carpet had old stains too. We had our 18 month old daughter with us. Naturally like any kid she was all over the carpet and couch. I wish they would keep the dog friendly rooms for those clients only. Or at least have floor instead of carpet for those specific rooms. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go ask for more. It would be nice to have an extra roll in the bathroom.
