The hotel and service is excellent. It's clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and kind. Complimentary breakfast is great, lots of good options. If you are looking for luxury and high end, this place is not for you, this place is more family friendly and cozy. They maintain the hotel very well.

It was extremely loud with kids running up and down the hallways for hours. Called front desk and nothing happened. Beds are a bit hard and pillows are too large, caused a kink in my neck. The hotel was clean and the service overall was great. Maybe bad timing for the stay.

The property itself is nice, clean, and very convenient. Three things stood out to us though during our two nights stay. Breakfast in the morning gets very crowded on tournament weekends and the line for the waffle maker is very long. They really need to invest in a second waffle maker. Our biggest complaint was the bed. Being a Marriott hotel, we expect quality consistent among other Marriott hotels, but were very disappointed in the provided pillows. They were extremely high and very firm. We stay at Hotels at least 10 nights a year and this was the first hotel We’ve stayed at in a long time where there was not a variety of pillows provided on the bed to suit preferences. We requested feather pillows through the app and the app showed that they were delivered, but they were not. We requested them again the next day through the app, and once again, they were shown to be delivered, but they were not. Once we notified the front desk they were delivered promptly, but even those pillows were the same quality. We were in a large group with six rooms and this was a common complaint with all the parties, so it sounds like the hotel needs to invest in new pillows. We were also extremely disappointed that the pool was basically a polar plunge. Being California, and a hot day, the kids wanted to swim, but that was not possible. The room rates were not inexpensive and we expect the pool to be heated especially when it’s still warm in Norco in December. The hotel was clean tho.

The hotel was filled with lots of kids staying there for some sports event which is fine but they took over the hotel. They were running up the halls at night & in the morning & banging on doors & no one from hotel seemed to care!

Traveled with my wife and 6yo son for a family gathering and we really enjoyed our stay here. The free breakfast was amazing, hotel personnel is very nice and friendly, the lobby area was clean and very well maintained and the room was also clean and well maintained as well.

Perfect location to stay close to family, food entertainment. Room was perfect for my myself, wife and two small grandsons. The only negative was the blanket for sofa sleeper, very rough and not comfortable feeling Glad we had own blanket

We travelled with 5 families all staying at this hotel and all with kids. The reasons we chose this hotel it is 0.5M to the Silverlakes sports complex where our kids played in a soccer tournament and SECONDLY because it had a POOL. The first day the pool was OK and we used it and the second day it was not in service. After playing 2 games in 100+ degree weather the only thing the kids wanted to do was hit the pool. THE POOL was a BIG DEAL for us so we looked for another hotel with an operational pool but this Fairfield refused to refund us for the night we still had yet to stay because of POLICY. How could you have a pool inoperable when it is 105 degrees oputide??? They didn't care that the only reason we were there was our KIDS. They didn't even try to get a pool service person out to the property and the staff gave us BIG ATTITUDE when we complained wanting a refund to go to another hotel with a pool. This was NEAGTIVE 10 customer service. STAY AWY FROM THIS PRPOERTY IF YOU HAVE KIDS.

I am very disappointed with my stay. Traveling from out of state with a 3 year old and 10 month old is hard enough only to be traveling with my husband who had recently had surgery. When booking i was looking for accomidations that i needed for our family. Crib was definitely a big one for me and refrigerator for my husbands medecine that needed to stay refrigerated. Clearly, they state that cribs are available upon request but its not true. They did not have cribs, the only thing they had was a broken play pen but no others just that 1. Im sorry but play pen and crib are not the same thing. And it was a big factor in why I booked with this property. I couldnt sleep with a baby and my husband with draining bags attached to his body. I also let them know my non smoking room smelled like smoke and nothing was done. I had to barrow a play pen from a family member and arrive in the middle of the night to still carry it and assemble. Just very disappointed overall with staff prioritIing customer satisfaction. Expedia tried reaching out for a refund but i finally heard back and was told the manager refused. Its unfortunate that they couldn't even do some type of credit. I would have like to hear from someone personally. Just save yourself the headache if you are in need of a crib.
