We loved it we always have at great time at world mark , this time we booked 2 rooms because we took our daughter and her family with us it was awesome they where over the moon happy

If your idea of a vacation is staying in an a San Bernadino apartment complex next door to a public swimming pool, then this is the place! The smell of marijuana floating over your balcony; the tatted up guy below us barbequing on the community grills while booming classic NWA from his patio; the three families set up on the edge of the pool with personal umbrellas, ice chests, Home Depot buckets filled with ice and a fan on top and a boom box on wheels cranking their music in competition with each other over the canned 80s music being played by the resort. The pool vibe was somewhere between county fair and being in Best Buy while a group of teens are "testing" stereos. When we contacted the resort to talk about stereos, the said they were allowed as long being played at a "reasonable" level. We later saw the "security staff" talking to the families and enjoying the urban beats with them, as it was never lowered. We found sholas in the lazy river island. There are 12 chairs there under a sun shelter. We discovered that if you arrive there at 8 am, you would be able to snag chairs and avoid the pool wars. While enjoying asylum in the lazy river, we spoke to an owner of this time share, she said that during the off season, the resort lowers the price because the owners don't show up. Due to this, the facility becomes overrun with families and people looking for a place to party in a suite. Other than that, the facilities and grounds are average.

This was an “okay” place to stay. There were a lot of ducks and geese around, which I know cannot be helped, but the amount of poop in the pools is just gross. Ordering food from the cafe is a very long process. I suggest any type of alternative ordering rather than their cafe. Everything closes way too early. Many people who don’t like the extreme heat would probably appreciate the option for a later evening activity. The activities for children were terrible. The beads activity that we did was unorganized. We sat on the floor, by the door. In addition, the person in charge didn’t know how to use an iron. Overall, just don’t pay extra money for their activities. Good luck!

I love the world mark properties for one since I stayed in multiple but this one was the first world mark i ever stayed at. The location was isolated but not hard to find. Plenty of parking which is nice especially if you have a lot to carry. First impressions when walking in was amazing!! Room was bright and modern, felt like i was in a high rise apartment. The rooms were clean and very spacious. I booked the 1 bedroom and it had a pull out bed in the wall plus the sofa so you can sleep a good amount of people. The washer and dryer inside was a plus as well that not many suites have!! The room and all utensils were clean and placed neatly. This resort is good for the young and older audience especially with kids. The lazy river and big pools were so much fun and relaxing. They also have a starbucks and arcade near the pool area! So many amenities like basketball, Tennis, etc make it so you don't have to leave the resort to have fun. Can’t wait to return and for the price this resort can’t be beat!!
