Loved the customer service throughout my stay from the friendly staff to the prompt front desk service. It’s great to the see a manager during breakfast hour walking and engaging with his guest. Having two little ones is not easy, but the hotel perfectly clean and comfortable for my family.

We woke up next moring to shower me a my kid and uncle we found out NO HOT🔥🔥🔥🔥WATER..hairs in shower that wasn’t even ours we never showered..because there was no hot water terrible experience ck out a feeling dirty no shower.we called the manager of the hotel she yelled at us…I’m shocked! No one should feel this experience especially from Marriott…I’m done and will return.

I booked 2 queens. We were given 1 King w/ fold out couch and ZERO sheets & pillows for the fold out couch. and told it was a upgrade. I given sheets at counter along with pillows and told I had to put them on. After traveling with 2 young kids, arriving late at night, tired…it was a down grade. Making your own sleeping quarters is not what I paid for, I make my own bed at home.

This location was great and clean. The room was nice and comfortable, and we did not need to ask for towels since we had plenty. We will visit again and bring the family next time!

Fantastic breakfast (just wish waffles were offered both days instead of just the one... Oatmeal was offered for our second day). There was another patron who was smoking right next to the swimming pool where our kids were playing, and the employee was swift about informing that guest that smoking was not allowed on the premises, once we informed her. Thank YOU!
