Residence Inn by Marriott Loma Linda Redlands

Our family really enjoyed staying at your hotel. We will definitely be staying there again. Our only concern was that the refrigerator did not work. We needed to refrigerate some medication.

This property has turned into our second home to invite family and friends over. Very generous social space for gatherings indoors and outdoors. We had our wedding party here and a family/work reunion. Dog friendly. The staff....WOW!!! What exceptional customer service and support system in place. Thank you!!! :)

I really liked how friendly and nice they were. Made my family feel very welcoming. And the breakfast was great too!

12 days there from New York - courteous staff - close to restaurants & stores, great pool for family, great grill outdoor sitting area, only wish they vacuumed room, but otherwise would stay again

When I booked the room because it stated that the eae pool will be available for my kid. When we check-in, the lady seemed not very friendly attitude told us that the pool is not available.

The room was really dark but other than that it was very comfortable & for the price I feel that it was an amazing deal especially considering how large the suite was. The location was great, all of our destinations were only a few minutes away & we were very close to restaurants & shopping. The breakfast needed a lot of help. Both mornings there was not much left to choose from & we had to ask for almost everything (plates, sausage, biscuits). If we come back here we will be making our own breakfast because the room had a full kitchen. The situation that really upset us was that our car battery died but we had jumper cables, all we needed was another car to help us & my husband asked the blonde associate at the front desk if she had a vehicle or anyone on the staff had a vehicle that we could use to jump the battery & her reply was “we all take public transportation” & offered no additional help. We were expecting her to contact a manager or offer some sort of information leading us to help. We ended up contacting family that we were visiting & they drove all the way out to the hotel to give us a jump. We feel that she should have done more to help. I find it hard to believe that the entire hotel staff takes public transportation, her response seemed as though she was just to lazy to help. Assuming that the prices stay somewhat similar to what we paid I would definitely stay here again.
