Would definitely stay again very comfortable hotel my kids love staying here

The staff were awesome. The walls seemed super thin and we heard everything our neighbors said including the 9 year old next to us who was cussing on top of his lungs while playing COD. We complained twice and they spoke to his parents. The 1st night was terrible because of it but our 2nd night stay was way better and we were actually able to get some sleep. The staff tried everything they could to accommodate us and even offered to change our rooms but thought it would be too much of a hassle. Overall, we would stay here again, the noise and the kid wasn’t the hotels fault but they tried all they could do.

I booked this hotel 2 weeks in advance because my children were undergoing a medical surgery at the children's hospital. After a long day of travel. I was told that it was overbooked. ( EVEN AFTER MY CARD BEING CHARGED) and that it was a first come first serve. Wait the room is reserved my card is clearly on file because it was charged prior to checking in but it was a first come first serve? The front desk then had to start looking for nearby hotels. Which ended up being a 20 minute driveaway. I am completely disappointed and understand the following day staff tried to make it better and give us our room back, but it shouldn't have happened. The charges are still on my card. I still had to scramble around at 6:30am to make sure we weren't late for surgery and stress about a room being ready during my child's surgery. I appreciate the manager the following day trying to help and not lose business. I honestly loved Homewood suites but because of this experience my family and I will more than likely book other establishments nearby.

The furniture was so damaged and worn out that we refused our first room. The second was barely any better. The arms on the couches and chairs were thread bare and extremely soiled/greasy. There is NO non skid in the tubs. I almost fell (I'm 70) and my daughter did fall. Lights in the bathroom were burned out. All of the trim rings on the grab bars in the shower were loose and falling off. The toilet started leaking on to the floor.

Very clean and not far from my family.

My family stayed here for a day. The only things I had to comment on were only two things...the A/C unit didnt work in one of the rooms and the sofa pullout mattress was worn out so you could feel every spring. Other than that, beds were comfortable, there was enough space and they have good complimentary breakfast.

Good weekend stay with family. Close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was excellent but the amenities need a little upgrade. Breakfast and basketball court were great. Some more options in breakfast would be nice!

The hotel is convenient to food and freeway. Upon arrival we got another room with broken dresser drawers. Only the bottom drawer could be used. The towel rack above the toilet was almost coming off, tilting forward so I had to remove the folded towels so they wouldn't fall in the toilet just in case the lid was left open. The towel hanger next to the shower was missing so we hung a couple on the door one and over chairs. Couch cushions were stained and due for a wash. The pull out mattress was due for a swap out as you could feel every spring on it. Breakfast was mediocre this time with soggy scrambled eggs, no chocolate milk for the kiddos or bowls for cereal. Plus was we weren't stuck furthest away from the elevator this time. Normally that's where we're stuck when we book 3rd party.
