Comfort Suites Redlands

Was clean and easy to check-in and get to bed, after a long day of driving with kids.

Moldy bathroom with water leaking from the above suite. Looked like it was an ongoing issue. Garbage on ground out side where you drove in. No screens on hallway windows which is a hazard for children should they climb up on window ledge

We booked a 2 queen “suite” for our family of 7, which advertised itself as having a sofa bed and large room. We’re always cramped in hotels because a family of 7 is large, and most hotels don’t offer rooms with 7 beds. When we went to check in, the hotel staff met us with a pompous attitude and immediately told us we could not stay there because their largest “suite” only sleeps 4 people. It was very embarrassing to be treated like bums, being refused service with luggage in hand. And despite being told by the staff that the night would be refunded, it wasn’t. We had to fight the hotel for the refund. We ended up finding a much better hotel down the road, at a cheaper price for an actual suite; instead of the joke that this low grade motel considers a suite. Our new booking at the Springhill Suites was superb, and had great staff. Comfort Inn definitely lived up to their reputation of being a fleabag hotel despite their recent attempts at rebranding themselves.

Was perfect location for our family reunion in the next town over. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The gentleman that checked us in was so nice, respectful and helpful. We were in CA for a family funeral, so tough time. Appreciative for the kindness of the staff.

Property was clean, safe, and comfortable, especially for the price! Breakfast was served a little early for me, but they’re less than a block away from some good restaurants so it worked out. I frequently visit family in the Redlands area and will probably stay again!

My first time saying at the Comfort Suites- Redlands. It was a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. Great room, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast and close to family and things to do in Redlands.
