The customer service agent was friendly and courteous. I was really comfortable with my room. Slept like a baby.

Although the outer appearance is a bit offsetting, the inside of the room was clean and stocked well. I am traveling a lot weekly due to family issues. So far, this room was the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The bathroom, floors and refrigerator were immaculate. I was by myself and tired so that’s pretty much all I cared about. The manager was kind and friendly. There are many stores and small restaurants close by. I may not stay for a family trip, especially since the pool is closed right now, but I would definitely stay for my family or business weekends alone or with my husband.

Front desk staff didn’t greet us when we walked in. Very poor communication. Door frame in room was BROKEN off the wall which is where they have the safety latch to secure the door affixed to. Couldn’t lock the door properly. The desk chair in the room was stripped of more than half the leather, couldn’t sit in it. Walls and blinds were gross, dirty, not cleaned. We checked out 10 minutes after arriving. Had to pay for another hotel to make sure we were safe. Property behind a gas station and next to freeway. Designated Smoking area is right next to the front Lobby door, terrible placement. Would never stay here alone or with my family no matter how inexpensive it is.

This place is neat and clean. It's not fancy, but it is a nice, affordable place to spend the night when I am in Orange County to visit family.

Enjoy my stay here every time. It has a fridge and microwave that comes in handy to reheat food or coffee. The bed is comfy and the room is spacious. Paul is very kind and upgraded me to a family room. I feel safe staying here :)

This property was misrepresented from the beginning Expedia should not have this listing on their site the hotel should be categorized as a motel the room lacked cleanliness found numerous spider's and Beatles around floor near the bottom of the bed Shower was not a jet spa like the site stated that all 42 rooms came equipped with stains on shower towels needless to say horrendous stay for my family by for the worst experience in my 46 years of life

Easy check in and out room was clean and well kept, I liked the two bedroom set up it was perfect for my family we had a short pleasant stay would definitely book again

We stayed 4 nights w/ newborn and 8year old. The room was okay looking but has everything you need, fridge, micro, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron w/board, and closet with hangers. Great Wi-Fi and cable. Maid service is exceptional. Parking can be tight but always found something just not too close to the room. Owners are good, responsive and accommodating. Great option for budget stay in Orange. Air ventilation and air circulation not so great. Outside weather was wet and humid and the room felt the same, stuffy, humid and moist. That was the only thing that was a drag, thankfully we weren’t in the room too much being at the park all day.

Nice and simple family ran Hotel with everything one would need.

Stayed a total of 5 days for our family Disneyland vacation. Hotel is 15 minute drive from the park, easy freeway access. Our room was clean, beds where comfortable( could have used more pillows). House keeping were very kind, owners were very helpful. Also it’s location is walking distance from restaurants and stores are just a 5 minutes drive. Did not see homeless anywhere. Will surely be staying again :)
