Casa Blanca Hotel & Suites

Although the outer appearance is a bit offsetting, the inside of the room was clean and stocked well. I am traveling a lot weekly due to family issues. So far, this room was the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The bathroom, floors and refrigerator were immaculate. I was by myself and tired so that’s pretty much all I cared about. The manager was kind and friendly. There are many stores and small restaurants close by. I may not stay for a family trip, especially since the pool is closed right now, but I would definitely stay for my family or business weekends alone or with my husband.

Front desk staff didn’t greet us when we walked in. Very poor communication. Door frame in room was BROKEN off the wall which is where they have the safety latch to secure the door affixed to. Couldn’t lock the door properly. The desk chair in the room was stripped of more than half the leather, couldn’t sit in it. Walls and blinds were gross, dirty, not cleaned. We checked out 10 minutes after arriving. Had to pay for another hotel to make sure we were safe. Property behind a gas station and next to freeway. Designated Smoking area is right next to the front Lobby door, terrible placement. Would never stay here alone or with my family no matter how inexpensive it is.

This place is neat and clean. It's not fancy, but it is a nice, affordable place to spend the night when I am in Orange County to visit family.

Enjoy my stay here every time. It has a fridge and microwave that comes in handy to reheat food or coffee. The bed is comfy and the room is spacious. Paul is very kind and upgraded me to a family room. I feel safe staying here :)

This property was misrepresented from the beginning Expedia should not have this listing on their site the hotel should be categorized as a motel the room lacked cleanliness found numerous spider's and Beatles around floor near the bottom of the bed Shower was not a jet spa like the site stated that all 42 rooms came equipped with stains on shower towels needless to say horrendous stay for my family by for the worst experience in my 46 years of life

Easy check in and out room was clean and well kept, I liked the two bedroom set up it was perfect for my family we had a short pleasant stay would definitely book again

We stayed 4 nights w/ newborn and 8year old. The room was okay looking but has everything you need, fridge, micro, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron w/board, and closet with hangers. Great Wi-Fi and cable. Maid service is exceptional. Parking can be tight but always found something just not too close to the room. Owners are good, responsive and accommodating. Great option for budget stay in Orange. Air ventilation and air circulation not so great. Outside weather was wet and humid and the room felt the same, stuffy, humid and moist. That was the only thing that was a drag, thankfully we weren’t in the room too much being at the park all day.

Nice and simple family ran Hotel with everything one would need.

Stayed a total of 5 days for our family Disneyland vacation. Hotel is 15 minute drive from the park, easy freeway access. Our room was clean, beds where comfortable( could have used more pillows). House keeping were very kind, owners were very helpful. Also it’s location is walking distance from restaurants and stores are just a 5 minutes drive. Did not see homeless anywhere. Will surely be staying again :)

This property does not care about families. We reserved a week ahead for Disneyland.When we pulled up at 12am there was a loud giant biker party. In hindsight we should've left and stayed somewhere else. There was nowhere to park or any way to get close to our room and no elevator. We had to temporarily park next to the pool and carefully walk around all the bikes and unpack our car and then park at the gas station. We checked in and got charged 100$ deposit. We didn't get good rest and the bikers were arguing outside our door and being loud all night. We checked out the next day, being 1 of 2 families with children. Fast forward to almost a month later and I realize I still haven't got my deposit back, I call to see why and they said the bikers ruined so many things and broke so many rules that they charged everyone staying there that night the deposit fee. I debated that my husband, son, and I were in no way affiliated with them and were not part of that. We were tired and had come from Disneyland. That I should not be charged for being at there at the wrong date and time. I chose this place for the location. The manager is deciding that because the camera shows people arguing outside our door (which made our visit even more unpleasant) that means we broke the rules and charged us a deposit that was in no way affiliated with us. So fyi if some random people you don't even know, argue or break the rules outside of your room, you will be charged the deposit fee.
