Hampton Inn & Suites Mission Viejo

I got there at 10 o'clock in the morning. I waited until 1230 for a room. The gentleman that was at the front counter was really nice and said he would hold me a room the first room that came available. I had to go to a meeting When I got didn't get what I wanted. I'm 6 foot five. The bed did not fit me. My feet went over the bed. I didn't order or ask for a disabled Room. I asked the kid at the front desk if I could change my room. He said that they were sold out and couldn't give me any more and I said, but this isn't what I ordered or asked for. His customer service prep was horrible he couldn't have cared less . And that was his attitude towards me so because I'm a Tour Manager manager, I travel with tons of bands I am Red flagging this hotel for any bands to stay close by.

This was our second stay here for a family wedding. The hotel is clean and quiet. Our room was large and comfortable. We sprung for a king sized bed room with sofa bed and microwave and mini fridge, which was much larger than the standard room, so we were able to have our family come and hang out in our room. The staff is kind and helpful. The kids enjoyed the pool. The complimentary breakfast was tasty (scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, fresh waffles, oatmeal).

Enjoying the hospitality of the hotel and all the accommodations it provided my family for a wonderful weekend and stay!

Overall clean and good service. Loud music from school behind of property Breakfast was not good. The eggs and meat NEED replaced. It tasted terrible and all 5 family members agreed. Coffee was great and Everything else was great.

The staff is AMAZING! Especially Saad and his partner. Shower pressure was very low and needs tweaking, kiddos thought breakfast was terrible, but overall great stay!

We were in town for a wedding with a large number of our family also staying at this hotel. The hotel was sold out because there we also two other wedding parties booked. Despite this, our room was very quiet, comfortable, and convenient. My only complaint is that they ran out of hot water for tea at breakfast. I went back to my room and made myself a cup of tea.

Clean and comfortable, nice front office staff. We lacked glasses, only paper cups for coffee/tea, so I called and they brought us two nice wine glasses. We only stayed one night, we had a Studio, very nice, top floor, end of corridor. We visited family in Laguna Niguel and just needed a night to sleep off the party! We got a good night sleep.
