Loved that Housekeeping cleaned my room everyday. Good hotel For families and breakfast is good

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. Ontario mills mall is across the street and it has tons of restaurants and stores. Staff was polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

My only concern was that I requested extra bath towels for my kids and myself and they never arrived. That wouldnt stop me from staying here again. It was clean, safe, and the staff members were friendly.

Excelent view to San Antonio Mountains from the sixth floor! Walking distance to Ontario Mills. Convenient room space for my family (3 children / 2 adults). Complimentary self service hot breakfast. Coffee availaible for free during the day. Pretty close dining options. Very well location for a day trip to Bear Mountain and for Vegas.

In one of the rooms we booked, my family faced multiple issues with air conditioning not working properly, and wash sink clogging. The Hyatt group of hotels are usually top quality and we stayed at the Hyatt hotel many times. But, this time the experience was not at par.

Stayed for the night since we had a family function near by. Ive never had a problem with this hotel up until now. To our surprise there was a roach in our room and our sheets had gum in them. There was a festival going on this past weekend so our price for our stay was nearly $500. It makes me feel some type of way knowing I paid this much for my awful experience. I won’t be going back. Hope they get it together.

The rooms was clean and big enough for me and my family. The staff was excellent. The only problem is the noise from the freeway and airplanes.

I have stayed in this hotel before and the staff was friendly. This time I traveled with my husband and 2 kids. The TV control started to act weird and the TV gave a message saying the batteries were low and to call the front desk. When I called the man that answered the phone seemed somewhat annoyed by my request. His response was “ I will go up when I have time”. I get that the hotel might have been busy but it made me feel like I was being annoying and a burden. Then, later on a few hours later, when it was time for bedtime, I pulled out the sofa bed for my kids to sleep and realized that there were no extra pillows or blankets. Normally, they are in the closet but I checked and nothing. My husband was going to go grab something from the car so I asked him to ask for a few more pillows for my kids. Luckily we had blankets! When my husband came up he told me that the same man treated him the same way, annoyed by us asking for anything. One key wasn’t working and my husband told him as well and he was told he couldn’t do anything because his name wasn’t on the reservation. I understand that part though. Well an hour passed and nothing no pillows were sent to our room. He never sent any. I’ve always liked staying at Hiltons but this time it didn’t feel like one because of the service he gave us.

Hotel location has a dump truck construction site directly behind them and makes LOUD noise the entire night, our entire family got no sleep. Multiple stains all over carpet, couch and chairs were extremely dirty.
