The first thing that pops up on amenities is Jacuzzi and pool. And yet when we were going to check into our first room, it was way too far from the pool, so they attempted to put us in a tiny little room that was near the pool. We actually went and changed into our bathing suits and went to the Jacuzzi, where there were tons of kids, and the parents were allowing them to eat pizza in the Jacuzzi and pool. Now, We are frustrated so we asked for a decent room and we didn’t care about the Jacuzzi pool. They put us in number 211, which was a nice room, But it was not a great experience for us. The best thing they have going is the pizza and bakery shop with the fire pit.

Checking in to the hotel was great. We stayed in one of the residence Condo's. We were vacationing with an 8 month old baby. The resort itself is gorgeous and baby friendly. BUT, at 1 am, three of the smoke detectors went off due to a low battery. One was so high, it was unreachable. We contacted the front desk to assist and they did not answer. Needless to say, the baby was awake and crying! Also, left a message for the Tennis Pro as we wanted a hitting lesson and never received a call back. This is my 5th time staying here, so this trip was a little disappointing.

I was shocked at how dated the property was for the price. We got a "deal" at an average of $700 per night for what they billed as a "Two bedroom SUITE". I figured this was attached to the main hotel, but there is no main hotel with rooms. Silverado is an old house with no rooms in it & you stay AROUND the property in dated condos. For $700 per night, I didn't have a walk in shower. It was dated 8 x 8 white tile with the 1970's type of tub. I felt it was a bit of false advertising as I didn't see anywhere that the property was a separate condo and quite far away from the spa, main house/bar/restaurant and cafe (good breakfasts). Had a nice dinner in their Grill, but again, we couldn't even WALK from our 1970's condo to dinner/bar/main house. We had to take a shuttle. Maybe I missed something. Plus the pics made it look much nicer. It was very clean and spacious and great for maybe $200 per night, but not $700 per night. I know Napa is expensive, but I would much rather stay downtown at the Archer or another nice hotel. As long as you know what you are getting into you won't be disappointed. The family room with fireplace, TV and couches were big and cozy. Had to take Ubers everywhere.

Very luxurious stay, especially if you're a golf fan. Spa facilities are not accessible for under 16 kids but rest of the property has many options for families with kids.
Our room was not ready till 5 pm, but staff was nice to accommodate our other requests due to inconvenience.

we love meeting family and staying in the villas. The price keeps going up and this year was feeling very overpriced. we may look for Air B & B next year due to the jack in price. The kitchen should be a little better equiped since that is one of the main reasons people book a place like this. no strainer, shredder, spatula, service only for 4(should be for 6-8 in 2 room villa that states it sleeps 6-8.) Grounds are beautiful. did not use gym or spa this year. this is around our 10th year in coming this time of year(for an anniversay and bday in same month).

Best staff, atmosphere and first time experience in Napa! 50th birthday and Thanksgiving weekend was blessed because of our stay here. Fun for the family and room was spacious. Property and decor was lovely. Daniella, Thea & Front Desk, Russ & bartenders, Concierges, Holiday Train Rides, Heated Pool, Spa & Fitness Center, Pickleball, Golf course, shuttle, all staff on property was superb. Had the best time and wish we could've stayed longer fornthe holiday. Thank you for making me happy Silverado Resort!

I called at 7:20 pm to order room service for a 9 year old. After 2 and a half hours of sitting around in the room waiting for the food, it hadn’t arrived.
I called the front desk and room service, was told that they never got my call therefore the food wasn’t made. So the child didn’t get her food, I sat around waiting in the room and nothing was offered to me for this situation. Very upset with the customer service.

My wife and I huddled with our daughter & son in law after our 2 room 2 night stay at the resort. The following issues and complaints were noted. Dirty carpets - so do not allow your infants to walk, crawl or sit on the filthy carpets let alone walk bare footed in the room. We ran into poor staff on several occasions. As example, my son in law and his 6 month son were walking on one of the narrow paths and a staff member in a cart traveling at a high speed found it necessary to hit honk history loud horn at them to virtually - for them to get the hell out of the way. Also ran into "I don't know" unhelpful responses a few staff member to our basic questions. One basic questions "what happened to the pizza I ordered"? I DON"T KNOW AND I DON"T KNOW WHAT TO DO.
