Hotel Indigo Napa Valley, an IHG Hotel

Nice hotel for family travel.

Just a friendly reminder that if you make a none-refundable reservation with this hotel, you cannot get refunded no matter what good reason you may have (like a sick family member) or how soon you tell them (right after reservation)

My husband and I came here with our 3 year old daughter and only stayed here for a night. I did call a little earlier to see if I could check in at an earlier time, they were able to accommodate my request. Once we arrived, when you first walk in the hotel is extremely well kept and we were greeted by the office manager, Mirasol Milano and another front desk staff. She was very welcoming, and provided directions on the best way to get to our room. Walking through the hotel and arriving to the room, it was extremely clean and immaculate. The room is modern, well kept, and welcoming. The beds are so comfortable- we have been on a week road trip and by far this is the best hotel we have come across on our trip. Later that evening my husband went downstairs to buy milk for our toddler to drink in the morning, unfortunately they didn’t have any and the office manager asked him if anything was wrong. He asked if they had any and informed her why, she told him to hold on a minute and went to the kitchen and brought him a cup of milk for our daughter. That was the icing on the cake, the fact that she went out of her way with this small act of kindness. We absolutely recommend this hotel, we typically visit Napa about 2-3 times a year and will make this our primary hotel to stay at.

DIRTY HOTEL ROOMS. The property has a little sign in every room that says "Clean means clean!". It's all pretend, the beds were made, but they were not clean. We found a DIRTY SOCK in one of our beds! No one at the service desk answered our multiple calls about it that night, so we had to share a bed, hoping that that one is clean (though, who are we kidding). The next morning the person at the desk really didn't know what to do, as she herself was speechless. There was no manager on site and so we were left waiting for one to call us over the next couple of days, until we finally got someone on the phone. Clean obviously doesn't mean clean in Hotel Indigo. It is dirty and cleanliness is obviously not a priority. It was a completely horrific, unheard-of experience and i will definitely not be coming back. We've asked the hotel for a full refund and we're waiting for them to update us on that.

This is close to everything, from downtown Napa to yountville, to all wineries along st Helena hway.. everything is short driving distance.. we love that they are pet friendly as well, we get to bring our fur baby with us with no issues.. it is also affordable to stay here.. I recommend this place

Little disappointed we could not use the pool as it was taken over by families with large dogs. Dogs were in the pool and also dog poop was all over the grass area. No one bothered to clean up the mess!
