Napa Winery Inn

The property is in a residential area therefore it is quiet and also clean. Breakfast, the usual continental breakfast - make and serv yourself. No businesses other then the steakhouse close by. The upsetting part was the INN was being repaired, pool was closed and information was not noted on the website. Front-desk could have warned me, especially when seeing the kids... pool/hot-tub is a huge plus when traveling w/kids. The customer service from the young woman was very much a "whatever" statement. Jeffrey, morning shift, was welcoming, receptive and friendly. Overall ok.

This was an affordable option for a last minute girls trip. The comps were all in the center of town, but the rooms looked comparatively like someone had slapped paint on modern accessories on a dated room. This place has very nice updates that show pride of ownership. That they do it for a fair price is to their great credit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast room was well done. It's truly an ideal stop for friends and families. Less so for romance, as it does feel more like a hotel and less like a B&B.

Extremely thin walls, were surrounded by screaming children in adjacent rooms, heard a lot of children and parents screaming all day and night. dirty diapers were left in the hallway. Staff was nice!

Napa Winery Inn is perfectly positioned between downtown Napa and Yountville if you’re not quite sure what to do and where to go. It’s small and clean so perfect for family getaways. There was complimentary continental breakfast until 10 am and wine tasting on Thursday and Friday nights from 5-6 pm. We were one of two families to hit the pool and hot tub in the evenings. It has easy parking but requires a short drive anywhere. I recommend this location if you’re interested in going the the wineries in Yountville and St Helena and down south to Napa or across the ways to Sonoma.. The central location makes all locations accessible.

This property was very convenient in terms of location. The hotel has been recently renovated so it is very clean (there are some older pictures on Expedia that do not reflect the rooms accurately). My family and I really enjoyed staying here and breakfast was fine. Rooms are pricey but I think that is just because it is in Napa, would rate it better if it weren’t so expensive.

Clean, updated rooms and bathrooms. Continental breakfast with cereal bagels and hard boiled eggs with coffee and orange juice. Across the street from a park for kids. Hot tub and pool.

Despite advertising as recently remodeled, the walls are paper thin and the doors, including to adjoining rooms, have gaps so you hear everything... Snoring, kids screaming, people getting it on, doors slamming, guests running up and down the halls at all hours of the night. It's loud enough where even ear plugs didn't make a difference. Also by the highway and train tracks so you'll hear that as well. There was hair in the shower and sink from the prior guest. Stains on the walls and carpets. Avoid this place like the plague - if I could give 0 / 5 I would have.

Staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating. Pretty low-key vibe and a well-managed property. We had the hot tub to ourselves in the mornings and it never felt too busy with folks in any common areas, which might be a function of Napa having lots of options for outings and people were living it up. If you like a good local family-owned neighborhood feel for food, check out North Napa BBQ (excellent ribs and burgers) only a couple blocks away.
