We liked the room, breakfast buffet, 24-hour coffee, front desk support. We didn't like the hair dryer (very low airflow) nor the dim mirror lighting in bathroom. The light should face you not the walls. We were on the 3rd floor but some ignorant guest with either kids or pets on the floor above us ran back and forth at all hours of the night waking us light sleepers. So we suggest asking for the top floor if you stay and are light sleepers.

I was staying with my daughter and grandkids and the power was going to be out for 12 hours and it was 100 degrees . I made reservations on hotel.com but it was only 10:30 am and check in was at 4 pm. I called and Kelly answered and I asked if there was anyway we could check in earlier . She said give me an hour and I’ll have a room for you . Was amazing to get that kind of customer service .

We came into town to attend a family wedding. We didn't spend much time at the hotel, but it was great for our brief visit. It checked all the boxes, even had breakfast prior to checkout. All in all I would recommend.
