Great hotel in an excellent location. Staff were great and very attentive. No room service, but plenty of Uber eats option! Pool was a hit with the kids. Location was awesome for getting around. Would hook again!

Struggle with the valet parking. I’m a foreigner and no one seems to be able to explain to me how it should work. Staff at reception cannot seem to be bothered to help. “The doorman will help you.”, “the valet will sort that”. Like come on, just help and organise things for this exhausted family. Also, so-called free WiFi requires sign up. Well, that’s a trap. Even then, it won’t let me sign up as it doesn’t recognise my overseas phone number. Just give me WiFi. It’s like electricity. Part of the package. I got four devices to sign up! I won’t recommend this hotel for a family.

Close to the beach but as close we would thought it would be. Nice hotel but they “upgraded” us to a king suite and my kids had to sleep on a pullout couch instead of the queen bed we reserved. The front desk was not your usual friendly but a little standoffish, which made our visit unpleasant as well.

I loves staying here with our family , great location, great coffee spots & great service. The only thing is they did room service once in our 6 day stay, otherwise everything was perfect! If parking feels too much, we chose to park right in front of the hotel walkable it’s a parking garage!

We got put in a corner room near the freeway and were constantly woken up by the cars passing by. A/c was very loud when turning on and off. My whole family could not sleep due to being woken up constantly by the ac.

Really nice property located conveniently near the promenade and beach (both walkable). Hotel was clean and really nice. Had a 1 bead room. Really enjoyed our stay with our kids.

Great location and nice hotel. But we were first given a room right under the gym - they never mentioned it when we checked in- we kept hearing a loud bang every 2 minutes - so we called and mentioned it (thinking someone in the above room is dropping something) They never called to say it’s the gym until 45 minutes later I went downstairs complain again. Then they fussed and changed our but don’t think we got two queens as we paid .. the beds were smaller probably full size beds (we have teenage kids) so not easy to stay in a small room with small beds. But at least no one was dropping weights every 2 minutes

I liked your hotel and almost all was ok. The food and drinks at the restaurant was awful! Also we lost hot water the first morning which was very inconvenient. I honestly expected the hotel to at least compensate for the day we had not hot water! It’s hard to get yourself and a toddler ready without washing !
