Our family was in town for a concert and had a great time. We felt safe and so many cool Japanese shops/food/history right by.

it is the 3rd time I have stayed at this location. Despite being close to downtown and skid road, I feel safe staying at this location. The surrounding area basically has everything. Restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. As for the room, it is clean and the bed is comfortable.

We stayed for one night during our visit to Japantown. The hotel was modern, clean, with great view. This is the first hotel that I enjoyed using the shampoo and conditioner! The staff were friendly. Room was quiet. The location was perfect for walking around Japantown. The only downside was valet parking was full, so we had to park at the adjacent parking lot for the shopping mall. It turned out overnight parking there was safe and they charged $12 (versus $36.50 for valet at the hotel). There was no in/out privilege though. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is planning on staying here. My kids loved this hotel!

My family and I stayed for 4 nights, not far from Amtrak Union Station. We were greeted upon our arrival by the friendly staf. The rooms were kept clean on a daily basis. We felt safe in the building, they have a security guard and service desk working 24/7. The building has a café but if you are traveling with a child wanting pancakes, french toast or an omelet we found a small café on West 2nd street "Cutey Pie" walking distance from the hotel. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
