Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

Staff were good but not clear for their service. I requested microwave when I make a reservation then I reconfirmed once check in. They said it is setting up in a room already . But there is not. So I requested it once again by sms text. No answered my requested and cannot get a set up a microwave for my kids food. I would like to set some coffee at the lobby but there is no cups and no apples what they explained to me before.

We love the Omni all of them - it’s like a family staff so welcoming and always go out of there way. Never say no always helpful - always delighted with our stays thank you!

As out of town grandparents we’ve tried many hotels in DTLA. Omni has been best! The location, amenities, cleanliness, ambience, quiet are all 5/5. Particularly liked complimentary car service to with in 3 miles. Nice salt water Pool and Museum passes were great way to entertain grandkids. Omni was perfect for our stay and will be our first choice ftom now on. Didn't like the $40 destination fee tho.

Travelling with family with small children. Reception desk was helpful, nice and good. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable bed and we had a good view. The bathroom need decor as it looks outdated.with great a shower and a comfortable bed. They have courtesy car to bring you up to 3miles unfortunately, when I wanted to use it I been told that my young child need a car seat and they didn't have one so we were unable to use it what's a shame due the $40 a day ‘resort fee’ plus tax we had to pay. Regarding this tax I been told at my arrival it will be good to know that while making reservation as it is a high cost. Average the hotel is very attractive and charming it will be nice it they had their own restaurant for buffet breakfast as the Neo restaurant attached to the hotel is nice but not many choice specially for dinner. The swimming pool is small and the spa was close during our stay. We spent a lovely time at downtown LA A thank you for the valet service they're doing a good job and they're nice

Really great experience, friendly staff, easy Check in. Loved the smell & ambiance. Had my daughter with me & they really welcome kids at the Omni. Good area in downtown LA- felt safe in surroundings.

Omni surprised us in the most pleasant way. They were simultaneously classy and like family. The reception staff Sabrina, the courtesy cab drivers Oscar, Robert and Oliver were so friendly cheerful informative and made us feel like family and so special! Our room had a breathtaking view of Frank O gehry's Walt Disney concert hall. We couldnt believe that we woke up to that marvelous view! The coffee in the Grand Cafe's breakfast was amazing as well! We will definitely go back to Omni at LA and at other locations.

Lovely hotel but limited night time eating options within walking distance. The hotel restaurant was good and we eventually found a great Italian restaurant near the Disney Theatre. The hotel is also close to skid row area, but locals were friendly and warned us against walking in a particular direction while we were sightseeing.

The hotel decor and condition is great. The room had a separate shower and tub, which was great for my family. Restaurant and bar area was very nice. The service was excellent at check-in/out and valet. Location is great - close to museums, sites and metro.

Kind front desk, family friendly vibe but also classy and well appointed. Salt water pool. About ten minute walking distance to Downtown gems like Bottega Louie and The Last Bookstore. Great views of the city.

We booked several rooms here for my son's graduation from USC and it worked out even better than I hoped. The rooms were very spacious, with all the amenities. The staff was very helpful. Everything was convenient, and it was in a part of Downtown that feels cleaner and safer than other areas. It is right across the street from the Broad Museum and Disney Concert Hall, and one of my favorite LA restaurants, Otium. There is a Corner Bakery, pizza place and Starbucks right nearby. I have stayed in many "hipper" hotels in DTLA, but this one was perfect for my parents and family and well-priced.
