Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza

Clean rooms and bathrooms. Great location in DTLA. Safe location. Easy access to everything we wanted to see. Great staff. Popular location so the lobby and valet are always very busy. But extremely courteous and helpful. I’ve stayed here a couple times. Would definitely stay again and recommend family to stay here.

It is clean, friendly staff, center to go around popular places. Whole family loved it.

What you expect from an Omni: Classic, clean, elegant and well appointed. Great for business or family travel.

Contemporary art museum, The Broad, and Disney Concert Hall are all within walking distances. The hotel offers a charming welcome gift to kids.

In all of my families travel this would rank in the top 5. This hotel is just incredible from the first step into the hotel to the last. Would highly recommend. It’s totally worth the money.

Staff were good but not clear for their service. I requested microwave when I make a reservation then I reconfirmed once check in. They said it is setting up in a room already . But there is not. So I requested it once again by sms text. No answered my requested and cannot get a set up a microwave for my kids food. I would like to set some coffee at the lobby but there is no cups and no apples what they explained to me before.

We love the Omni all of them - it’s like a family staff so welcoming and always go out of there way. Never say no always helpful - always delighted with our stays thank you!

As out of town grandparents we’ve tried many hotels in DTLA. Omni has been best! The location, amenities, cleanliness, ambience, quiet are all 5/5. Particularly liked complimentary car service to with in 3 miles. Nice salt water Pool and Museum passes were great way to entertain grandkids. Omni was perfect for our stay and will be our first choice ftom now on. Didn't like the $40 destination fee tho.

Travelling with family with small children. Reception desk was helpful, nice and good. Rooms were clean, spacious, comfortable bed and we had a good view. The bathroom need decor as it looks outdated.with great a shower and a comfortable bed. They have courtesy car to bring you up to 3miles unfortunately, when I wanted to use it I been told that my young child need a car seat and they didn't have one so we were unable to use it what's a shame due the $40 a day ‘resort fee’ plus tax we had to pay. Regarding this tax I been told at my arrival it will be good to know that while making reservation as it is a high cost. Average the hotel is very attractive and charming it will be nice it they had their own restaurant for buffet breakfast as the Neo restaurant attached to the hotel is nice but not many choice specially for dinner. The swimming pool is small and the spa was close during our stay. We spent a lovely time at downtown LA A thank you for the valet service they're doing a good job and they're nice

Really great experience, friendly staff, easy Check in. Loved the smell & ambiance. Had my daughter with me & they really welcome kids at the Omni. Good area in downtown LA- felt safe in surroundings.
