Ruby and Robin at the reception were very friendly and helpful. ATTITUDE for breakfast was lovely. Good place if you meet up with friends or family for a cozy chat.

Whenever I visit Los Angeles, I stay there. The staff are very friendly and always welcomes as like family. Loved the previous style too, but the rooms and lobby have been beautifully renovated. The location is great, walking distance to the Farmer's Market and The Grove. And the free parking is super plus!

My room was very clean and neat. It was very quiet. The view from my room though was a cement wall. Then again i did not spend a lot of time in the room because I was visiting family. It was very close to the Farmers market which was a great place for breakfast or lunch or purchasing fruits and vegetables.

Get room 109!!! Sliding glass door to the pool! The pool is a bit tight, but decent. The pool is accompanied by the tables from the restaurant.which is sectioned off by a fence. Cozy for sure. The staff was fantastic the rooms are clean and ready to go! Also...full bottle shampoo and conditioner already there. Enter the driveway on 3rd. The parking is behind the hotel. Great stay for me and my family.

We had a two night stay at the park plaza and couldn’t be happier! Location is amazing, restaurant is great too, the most clean hotel i’ve ever been too. Only thing I could point out is that there is a lot of noise, this is because of the street so not much the hotel can do about it, but if you bring kids or are a light sleeper you should take it into consideration. Also our toilet had a weird noise and water leaking all night in our last day. But overall a great stay! Touffer from front desk has a great attitude!

Very nicely renovated family owned Hotel! Especially attentive and hard working staff made stay extra nice, personable, very clean, and safe! Stairs were easy to deal with for my family.
