AC Hotel by Marriott Beverly Hills

Great stay. Comfy beds and comfortable room. Hotel is located within walking distance of many museums. Pool was disappointing and more accurately could be called a kiddie pool.

My husband & I booked a 2 day stay. I would say the hotel itself is nice. The front desk is not very attentive! For the price of this hotel the amenities could have been better, like the fridge and microwave. The rooms are pretty small and pillows are very uncomfortable. The valet is $52 per day which is ridiculous and they do not advise this at check in. The restaurant isn't open until after 5pm and has a very limited menu. On what would have been our 2nd day stay, due to a family emergency we ended up having to check out super early (10 am) which would have been enough time to re-rent the room for that day. However the manager refused to give us a refund. I was dissatisfied with this hotel, will definitely not be going back and would not recommend it. Expected more from this place! There are nice hotels for half the price SAVE YOUR MONEY and book somewhere else!

The customer service was excellent. The pool was the size of a hot tub, there was a gaping hole in the couch in our first room. The staff was kind enough to move us to different rooms. The physical location was in a convenient spot. My kids thought Ace was the coolest robot on the planet! We would go back.

Rooftop pool and lounge were nice. Breakfast was great and kids eat free!

Hotel was great, pool is a bit small but views from rooftop are amazing Also robot was super cool, kids loved it

Came with my family including our two loud kids. Thankfully we were in a corner room so we weren’t too nervous about noise complaints. Staff was friendly but shout out to the valet who noticed we had an EV hybrid and offered to plug-in for us.
