Very nice room. The junior suite is spacious. The driveway to pull in to check in is so small. There is only valet so you have to wait for your vehicle and during busy times, you can’t call ahead for it. The room was great but the bathroom door has no lock and is a sliding barn door. It looked cool but the coffee/fridge was behind the door when opened so in the morning, we kept hitting each other with the door. Poor design when there were other areas the coffee bar could’ve been. The no lock was interesting when sharing a room with 5 people. The water pressure in the shower was AMAZING!! OMG- I have very long hair and usually hotel showers don’t have enough pressure to get all the shampoo and conditioner out. It was by far the best hotel shower I’ve had! Especially after a long day of sweating in the humidity! All in all, the room was great and perfect for 5-6 as far as space just a few quirks and it would be better.

Checked in at 10:45 after a family day at Universal Studios. We booked Junior suites to accommodae a family of 4. So went to our assigned room, Key fob isn’t working so they sent a maintenance guy to fixed the door. Tired with a family sitting at the floor waiting for the guy to fixed . He told us it will be awhile to fixed. We went back again at the front desk to request to a new room….They gave us downgraded room, she said we can’t cancelled reservations… They still charged us the original booking which was 200$ diffence. Worse Hotel Ever…

Excellent location, me and my family enjoy the staying in this hotel and we definitely will comeback.

The junior suite had everything we needed which isn’t the case with most places.

They only offer valet parking at $51 per day. Very small area to pull into to for valet so it was always full and made us feel rushed/stressed. Elevator doors close very quickly...got separated from my kids once! Carpet was stained in room. Coffee provided in room was awful. The pull out bed was horrible. Had to pile couch cushions on top of it to make it possible to sleep on. If you are going to offer a pull out mattress, it should be usable. Kept having to call for more towels as each day they only gave us three despite a reservation for 5 people. They were quick when we called but at this price...Nice pool, staff was nice, room was roomy. Great tv. Overall average.
