Picked this hotel due to proximity to family. The hotel is clean but dated. The beds were not very comfortable. The pillows were throw cushion sized and square. Got a 2nd floor room. Very noisy outside specially early morning with the loud crows having a party outside the window. The breakfast very basic and not very good options. Krafty like frozen stuff that was warmed up. The staff was friendly.

It was a nice stay. Great service, from the parking attendant to the staff. Decent breakfast, clean facilities and rooms. No pool - sad face The surrounding area was busy and in some areas a bit sketch. But we walked around and visited some local eateries. Mom and 2 kids

Amazing staff. Stayed 7 nights including the decent breakfast, Great Koreantown location for families during March break. 5 mins to Subway straight going to Universal Studio & Hollywood street. This place is quite, clean and helpful staff. Just loved this place. We will be back!

An OK mid level place to stay. There was a strong smell in our room when we first arrived, did wonder if it was the cleaning products they used. Had thought about asking for another room but by opening the widows the smell slightly subsided. The family liked the breakfast, basic but that’s all you need. Did feel a bit unsafe in the surrounding area but not the hotel itself.

The place was advertize as family-friendly but there was nothing specific for children at all. We loved the breakfast that had a fair variety of options. We did not like being robbed. Upon arrival, the staff informed us that a 100$ security deposit was required. We paid that using a debit card. Later, we realized they deducted 300$ and when we enquired about that, the staff was totally aware of that (did not bother mentioning that to us though) and explained it was a mistake and ensuring be returned within 5 days after we leave. 3 weeks after the stay, the $300 had still not returned and the staff completely ignores our enquiries. That is not acceptable and seems that it is regular practice for the place since something similar happened to another client while we were there.

This was our second stay to visit family in Koreatown. The location is ideal for getting to places, and on site parking is a plus. Lots of places to eat in the vicinity. The rooms are comfortable and have all necessary amenities, excep towels which are thin and do not absorb well.

We stayed for 4 nights while visiting a family member in K-town. Hotel is clean, great room size, well appointed, good climate control. Breakfast was great and very clean, good selection and well run. I’d stay here again. Neighborhood is a little rough but inside of the hotel is very safe.

The staff were professional and personable. The room was comfortable. The hotel provided easy walking access to family and to various amenities. While I would have preferred a laundry facility on-site, laundromat were in walking distance. Complimentary breakfast was good. I'd stay here again. They were also good partners with Hotels.com, through whom I booked.

The stay was over 200 dollars and it says parking available. Turns out that the parking is very limited. Had we known that we would have stayed at a different place. We had an family event and a several cars and some did not get to park in the small garage. The hotel was not great for the price.
