Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Westside

Super convenient location near the freeway, shopping and not far from the airport. Great place to stay while visiting LMU and close to the beach too. The staff was friendly and the hotel had all the amenities you need for a family trip: pool, restaurant, sofa bed, and refillable water bottle stations.

I loved that this property was so well kept and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The pool area is not big nor deep which made it extremely child friendly and relaxing as someone that was traveling with my children. The pool area was also super clean and towels were kept stocked. The breakfast buffet in the morning was also very well kept and yummy. Overal great hotel will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I have stayed at this hotel many times before. Liked it. This time, I had a flight at 5:30 am at LAX. When I got things ready to leave at 3:20 am, fire alarm went off. Though it was a false alarm, they couldn’t fix it right away. The elevator was shut off. My family had to carry four pieces of suit cases walking down stairways.

Excellent customer service. Front desk staff and restaurant staff were all accommodating and very helpful. Thank you for helping make my daughter’s graduation weekend the best for me and our families.

Stayed for 1 night to attend a family holiday event. Very convenient and comfortable. Only complaint was only lukewarm water for our morning showers...no hot water.

We stayed here because it was close to LMU- and we had to settle in one of our kids for the upcoming year. The hotel is close to a mall which had a target which was great for us. Considering the cost of parking at many places- the 25$ a day fee was also not that bad. The hotel itself just looked a bit outdated and run down a bit- but typical Marriott quality. We were also staying 4 nights and had to ask for room service- there were 4 of us in a room and they only left 3 towels and one shampoo. We kept having to ask for other things to be sent up multiple times. We did utilize the buffet breakfast which I thought was pretty good - it was included in our room rate. I did think staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating when we asked for things. For us the convenience was the most important but I’m not sure I would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 days, only for the shower and sleep, pretty much a quick in & out stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. I wished the sofa bed that my kid slept could have been a little more soft, but in general, the stay was as we hoped for and no complain there. The only complain is, they advertised in the website, the daily parking is $25. However when we arrived, they said it was $30. I don't know if they made a mistake or it was Hotel.com's mistake. Nevertheless they should have updated their price in their advertisement, so the customer could know what they are paying for and made their decision based on the right information they provided. before they book it. I believe it is wrong whether it is small amount or big, they put a wrong price information and make customer pay for it.
