We had a very pleasant two nights. Well located, clean and had all the conveniences. Will return next time we are visiting our children who live in Santa Monica.

We stayed here while visiting my son. Stayed 5 days and could not get any shower soap for the dispencer it was empty where we arrived and when we left. Asked the front desk 3 times and the maids. about 5 times. Good thing i found a bar of soap in my carry on. The bartender was great. The breakfast room should post a sign telling you the buffet is $18.95 adults and $8.95 children. I saw people going in and getting food then being told they owed money. It was the same food most motels serve for FREE! Our room was very clean and the pool area was clean. But $27 a night to park your car on top of what you already paid made you feel like they were nickel and dime you

Very disappointed, the staff at night were very rude. I booked a room with two queen beds. When I arrived, they said they only had one king bed and they would put a rolling bed. It was night and tired with the children. I accepted. We waited for the bed and they never sent it until pas midnight when I wet down an ask for it. The tv was not working, the room had y bad smell,the phone was not working. Thank got we only spend one night there. I definitely don't recommend it.

BEWARE if you are booking a 2-queen bed room. You'll likely not get it when you are checking in even if it is non-refundable reservation. The hotel's policy is that they'll give it to whoever comes first. The front desk confirmed it. We were a family of four and needed 2 queen beds. They gave us a king bed and a crappy roller bed that had a blanket with holes. I doubt if the sheets were even washed. I woke up with a back ache. Don't spend your hard-earned money on this hotel. There are lot of good hotels in the LA area, the Sheraton is not one of them.

The hotel is under my expectation in the Marriott family. no central aircon, small bathroom with the a little motel smell. the highlight is its breakfast and breakfast area.

I would have given 5 stars , but my family and I were looking forward to using the hotel pool and upon check in I was told the pool is closed due to a private event. Mind you, i called several days beforehand and was reassured by a gentleman at the front desk the pool would be open until 10pm. If that were the case i would have made my hotel reservation elsewhere. Very dissatisfied and disappointing and there should be better communication between staff.

The staff at the front desk and maid service were all so delightful. This will be our preferred location whenever we come back to Los Angeles to visit friends, family, or handle business.

After unpacking and getting in the room we got ready to go to a family function and just as I closed the room door I had to get back in to get my eyeglass but my room key wouldn't work. I went to the front desk and they reprogrammed my key and it still didnt work. I met a room attendant on the hallway and she tried her key and it still didn't work. Front desk told me that they will send a technician to fix the door. I told front desk that I will be coming back late and to make sure the door is fixed. I came back 1am and tryed my key and it still didnt work. At this point we were so fed up with this BS. I went to front desk and explained the situation again and this time the key they reprogrammed worked. It was really frustrating that you can't get in the room you paid for. Bad experience.

Nice hotel for the family. Near malls and grocery. Quiet place to relax and enjoy. Superb place!
